If you want to be treated like a second class citizen, then this is the place! Upon entering the store, I waited patiently for help and Harold came from the back and asked if he could help me. I informed him my «check charging system» light was on and he just looked at me and replied«AND»!!! His body language was «Dismissive/Arrogant» to say the least! When I returned the next day, Joe helped me and his tone and body language reeked dismissive and«I don’t want to be here»!! He was very short in his replies and I got the hell out! Just before I went to Autozone, I stopped at Advance Auto Parts… the asked if they could help? I informed them of the charging system problem, they immediately grabbed their diagnostic meter and said«Let’s check it out»!! WOW! What a difference. I had recently replaced the alternator and had a «Life Time Warranty» on the part. Unfortunately, I had bought the alternator at auto zone… but Advance Auto Parts diagnosed it for FREE and WITH-OUT Attitude! I will be going to Advanced Auto Parts from now on! Great customer service!
