How do you not love this place??? I stop by at least once every 2 weeks to get treats to give to clients and was just there tonight to get some of their delicious Strawberry Key Lime Cheesecake… it’s my favorite! Their staff is always friendly and the place is super clean. I’ve had their ice cream too and it’s top notch.

I’m just not a huge fan. I know their cupcakes are popular, but the frosting to cupcake ratio is way off… That might not be so bad if the frosting tasted better. The cookie dough cupcake is probably the best that they have and even then I take most of the frosting off. My husband seems to like their cookies (frosting in the middle).

Topped with tons of frosting, you can’t help but admire these beautiful cupcakes! The cupcakes are all quite large so eating just one is good enough for even the biggest sweet tooth. That being said, I must emphasize that they really are on the sweeter side. While they’re not the best cupcakes I’ve ever had, the presentation and special flavors (like spumoni and angel food cake) are more than enough to satisfy me.

Gigi’s has some fantastic and delicious cupcakes! They are so freaking good! However I am taking a star away because unless you get there at a good time of the day, their best flavors will be gone and can’t make a batch from scratch just for one customer.

I guess this place just does nothing for me — Overpriced-​not that special… I would have been just as happy with a cupcake from the grocery store bakery and coming from me that is unusual as I like unique and gourmet foods… They are decent and I am sure little girls would love a cupcake from here… the best thing about these are how they come wrapped as it is presented like a little gift in a box…

I love Gigis cupcakes, just not at the Spring Hill location I have gone in there several times and experienced rude staff, like the girls are bothered to wait on you. I went a few weeks ago and was shocked at the slim selection of cupcakes and was told they were making more. I can understand if it was near closing time but the middle of the day??? Well today I went in and no one even came out from the back room!!! Again there were no cupcakes in the display to the left and about five flavors to choose from. Needless to say with no help, I walked out and this will be the last time at the Spring Hill store. I have emailed the manager about he staff issue but this store is pitiful. I live in Spring Hill and will drive to Cool Springs for my cupcakes, that store is great as the one on Broadway!
UPDATED this location has closed!!! WHAT A SHOCKER, I knew it sucked two years ago!

Maybe they were having a bad day or maybe I’ve had amazing cupcakes in my time but these did not live up to the hype. We tried the turtle and the tiramisu and the frosting was too sweet and overwhelming. the cake itself wasn’t anything to write home about either. Would not go back.

If you’re a big cupcake/​frosting fan then GiGi’s will be right up your alley… my nieces love the cupcakes and if you have a serious sweet tooth, it’s an indulgence that will satisfy that.
I think it’s a little overpriced, though the presentation is amazing, they are just cupcakes.
As a special treat, on a special occasion or to impress your family/​friends… stop by and grab some, it’s at least a 1x try!

Nestled in a corner of the The Crossings Shopping Center, you might have missed this little boutique bakery. If you need a few unique cupcakes for a party or just need a massive sugar rush, this is the place to go. Each day features a different menu of mini cakes from which you’re sure to find several favorites. My absolute fav is the Coconut Snowball (available on Thursdays and Saturdays). Each amazingly moist cupcake is coiffed with a mountain of thick icing that is sure to cause your insulin levels to soar. Try them out today!
