Fantastic gym that is community minded. There are tons of great programs so there is something for everyone. Join me for boot camp and body combat at 5:45 am!

this is a great place if you have a family. With pool, gym and childcare most families can enjoy the ammenities. The classes are decent but vary in regards to difficulty and quality based on the instructor. It’s ridiculously crowded after 4pm on weekday, otherwise I rarely have to wait for equipment with the exception of the stair steppers (of which only 4 are available). The staff is friendly and the equipment varys from newer elliptical machines to ancient stair steppers. I recommend this gym, that being said; if I was single under 50 I may feel different about it. Just on a humorous note. You will usually find doughnuts being served in the mornings at this gym which really cracks me up.:-)

Due to an injury, I was looking for a gym out of town where I could swim. The facilities at this Y are top notch! The staff are warm and kind, the pool is delightful, if not huge, and the fitness center is well maintained. The women’s locker room isn’t the most stylish place, but they kindly have partitioned changing areas, hair dryers, showers with changing areas attached, and plentiful lockers (BYOLock). Plus they have one of those awesome «suit spinners,» in which you put your bathing garments and it spins the majority of the water out! This is a huge win for someone that swims every day, and is always hoping that the bathing suit is dry by the next wearing!

Glad we have a Y here. Wish the fitness center was bigger, though! It’s super crowded.
