i ordered take-out for $ 53 and had my father there for pickup no less than 5 minutes after the time on the confirmation email. I live less than 5 miles from the restaurant and my father came straight home. Wholeheartedly this was a poor meal for everything ordered. every item was cold, the hamburgers so dry they were inedible and the ribs swimming in sauce to the effect of being soup instead of baby back ribs. And I cant remember the last time I saw a poorer presentation of $ 50 worth of food. you could at least try to make it look appetizing instead of using the cheapest clamshell styrofoam boxes available. My father has indicated that he enjoys Ruby Tuesdays. For myself, I will give them another chance for dine-in but I will never waste my money again on their takeout. UPDATE: and then their ‘guest services’ will start harrassing you about the review that you posted. i dont think they know what customer service is.

Ordered to go: Baked ravioli: COVERED in cheese. I had trouble finding all 5 of my «stuffed» ravioli. Ate half, threw it out. Caesar salad: 5 soggy leaves, just discusting. Im at a lack of what to even say. I posted a few pictures of this disaster, check’em out. In no way will I ever be returning. I didnt see a health department rating sign anywhere, but Im willing to bet they barely scraped by. GOANYWHEREBUTHERE. Oh yeah, staff was fine.

Our service was the highlight of the visit. The food was average nothing too spectacular. It just seems that the portions seem to be getting smaller. I enjoy the salad bar and noticed that it to seems to have fewer choices. I would rather pay more money than get less food. Overall not bad.

My husband and I visited last night around 8:30. There were a few people taking up perhaps 4 table during our meal. One thing I notice was that the carpet was dirty, with lots of crumbs from other dinners. Our table had an old napkin under it. The first booth they wanted us to sit in had seating that was ripped pretty bad. The tables did not seem to clean either. We ordered Asiago Peppercorn steaks and decided to try the salad bar. It had lots of greens but sparse on the other veggies. Their prepared cold salads looked very mayonnaisey and unappealing. Thus, I cannot vouch for their flavors. As a few more customers came in, they cleaned up the salad bar and semi stocked it. The steaks took a while to arrive, but when they did they were very tasty. The grill zucchini were great too. The upside was our server was very pleasant but she wasn’t around much when we needed her. We opted out of the unlimited cheddar biscuits, so we could not find her to get additional napkins for our salads that we decided to start in on before the steaks came After we got our steaks and asked for sauces, it was a while before she returned with them. Steaks don’t stay warm long, so we did not really get a chance to enjoy the steaks warm as when they first come out with the sauces. I think that when the order is taken sauce requests should be noted. Once she did come, she was very attentive and eager to serve. She just did not return in a timely fashion. Not sure if I would return at night, perhaps during the day. The restaurant needs a revamp. Sanitation score is a 93.5.

I was craving salads so I came here hoping to cure my hunger. SeLection was ok, after a few bites of lettuce I was ready to chow down. Ordered the pretzel bun jalapeño burger well done-when I sliced into it was bleeding– disgusting! My waiter took the burger back and came back about ten minutes later and it was the way I like it, well done! She was apologetic and was super nice after the incident. I’m so tired of ruby Tuesdays!

Passing through town yesterday, I decided to stop and eat at Ruby Tuesday. I’ve always enjoyed eating here and yesterday was no exception. The greeter had a big smile for me as I entered(that’s always nice) I sat at the bar. as I ordered my drink the lady behind the bar informed me of the $ 5 appetizers. I ordered the Typhoon Shrimp and the Thia Spring Rolls. They were about what one would expect from a restaurant like this, good, but not outstanding. What really made the visit more enjoyable is the friendly staff. That always goes a long way toward a positive impression of any establishment. three stars for the food and five stars for the service

I had an appointment at Ft. Bragg the other day, so on the way back to Winston-Salem, my family and I decided to eat near the base. There did not appear to be a lot of options in the surrounding area, and from our brief search, this Ruby Tuesday appeared to be the best dining option available to us. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything remarkably special, either. Our server was very pleasant, but we didn’t see her often… she would disappear for long stretches of time, and would then appear and apologize because there was a big party monopolizing a lot of her time. It didn’t bother us too much, though, because we weren’t in a big hurry. We had a queso and chips appetizer; the queso was a bit too tomato-paste based for my taste, but it gave us something to do while we waited around for our server. I had a grilled chicken, bacon, and avocado sandwich, my son had an alfredo chicken pasta dish, and my husband had a burger of some sort. None of us had complaints about the food. Nothing to rave about, but filling and acceptable. My son and husband both had the salad bar, too, which is Ruby Tuesday’s greatest source of pride, I believe. I would come here again if I was in the area. The thing I liked best about the place was all the active duty soldiers dining there. It was nice to be around our young service people. We secretly bought lunch for two soldiers who were dining across from us, and we left before they found out we had picked up their tab, but I hope it made their day. It certainly made ours!

Great burger! Had the black & blue pretzel burger tonight. The salad bar was fresh and plentiful. Our hostess and server were both excellent.

Service the last few times I have been in has been poor. The last visit will be my last. After waiting literally an hour for the lunch special of zuchinni cakes/salad bar the entrée was delivered. I cut into the first one and the bottom of it was beyond burned. The second was was still raw and the egg used in it was still stringy/runny. As I grabbed the server’s attention she came by and asked if everything was ok. BEFORE I could tell her no — she was off to the bar to show the bartender a text. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the salad bar was actually good that day.

Disappointed. Wife and I have a soft spot for«Ruby Tuesdays» where ever we go since it is a chain we went to a lot when we first started dating. It’s chain bar and grill type so it wasn’t like I expected gourmet, I just expected what you get pretty much any of their locations, a nice variety of grill type entrees reasonably priced and their famous salad bar to top it off. At this location though service was slow, the food was dry and under-seasoned, and the salad bar had empty spaces that weren’t refilled during the whole time we were there or looked and tasted aged like it had sat out for a very long time. It was pretty bad. I will probably try this place again since like I said I usually like this chain, and am hoping we were there on a fluke bad day. I’ll post another review if we go again.

Terrible service. My mozzarella sticks were overcooked and hard as a rock. My friend got the wrong order and they still charged him for a triple prime burger when they gave him a basic cheeseburger. The waitresses were cute though.

First impressions mean a lot… and let me say that I am impressed. My order consisted of: –appetizer: none –beverage: Shirley Temple *wootoo –main entrée: Ribs & Steak *medium well –dessert: Strawberry Cream Puff Total Price:$ 26.91 My first beverage had no Sprite taste. It was Club Soda and Grenadine… ITWASGOOD. But my second serving had the Sprite taste that I am already used to. STAR Service after ordering my food was constant. If you go to this Ruby Tuesday, ask for Roger. He’s an Awesome, not Blossom. lol. The moment he brought out my dinner, he put another drink on my table. I did drink my ST pretty quick. As for my dinner, it was delicious. The plate was separated into four; steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes, ribs, and 7 oz. sirloin. The first, second, and LAST bite of my steak was tasty, great, mmmmmmmm. The broccoli and mpoes were ok. The ribs were soooo good. I’m going to do what I usually do and take the ribs home and eat after heating up. Let’s see how they are after that. Probably the same thing. Dessert in the menu looked yum. So, let me say that I was matching it up with Bearded Papa. Wrong, I can’t do that. So, the flaky crust was ok… the ice cream was ok… the strawberries did taste fresh. O Bugga! 4 stars you get…1 star I keep. After all the commercials on the West Coast, what the hell, there ain’t none there. I got to go to the East Coast to eat there. LOL
