They don’t make smoothies at this location anymore. Bummer. Hello McDonald’s.

The new girl hire is seriously so horrible. I don’t know her name but she’s African American and I’m pretty sure she’s new. She has horrible customer service skills and she’s annoying… if she can’t hear on drive thru, make her clean or something. Hire people that WANT to work.

First of all, why am I even wasting my time writing a review on a fast food restaurant? I don’t know… Customer service is ehh. The females employees gave me dirty looks for no reason. They gave me the wrong food (no wonder the car that was in front of me went inside). I asked for ranch and they gave me ketchup. I’m serious about my ranch! –_​– Eww, that one time I decide to go get fast food and it was just horrible!
Tip: Don’t go to this location, waste of money&time.

If I could give no stars I would! Horrible customer service is defined by this store! Every time I go here I always tell myself I will never come back! And I always end up trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but always regret it! They always forget to give you something from your order and if you tell them about it they will sit there and argue with about it! What ever happened to the customer is always right?! I DO NOT recommend this jack in the box to anyone!!! I live 3 mins away and will drive to one that’s 15 mins away just to avoid they’re terrible service!

I recently moved to Spring Valley and have frequented this location. I have been very pleased with the food and customer service from everyone, but the employee that stands out is TRAI. He always appears cheerful and bends over backwards to make sure the customers leave happy. With his great attitude, waiting a couple of minutes for a food order is no problem!

The manger ana is very rude disrespectful never come back here and they are not great here really poor service

I use to come a lot until they grossed me out by selling me gooey, uncooked chicken. It’s not the first time they do something wrong with my order. I at least give them a second star for most employees being friendly!

Jack has done a good job getting this crew together. Everyone was nice and didnt look like a bunch of slobs. Food was just about what i expected. Just good. Its fast food. Come on. Over all good experience and will be back for more burgers.

I come to this Jack-​in-​the-​Box regularly and I get great service most all of the time definitely one of the better ones

I honestly shock even myself giving Jack in the Box 4 stars but the service here is CRAZY!
I personally am not a huge drive-​thru fan but every once in a while my bf will make me pick up a breakfast sandwich for him. The first time I stopped in it was a late night visit. There was a car full of crazy or drunk or high or maybe just annoying hooligans ahead that were taking forever to order AND even receive their orders.
When I finally made it to the front the guy handing me the food actually gave me a discount on the meal for the wait.
On a separate visit (I have only been here twice). I again received fantastic service. Totally exceeded my expectation from a drive thru AND better yet, a late night visit, since I know patrons can be extra annoying at that time.

I like the shakes from here, the crew that works here are always nice and helpful!

The first time my fiancée and I went here, the service was absolutely terrible. They ended up messing up our very simple order and there weren’t even that many people there. When we went back to get the order fixed, they politely replaced our order and even gave us fresh fries, AND we didn’t even have to argue with anyone to get them. I appreciated that. They handled it in a friendly, professional manner.

Saw some of the crappy reviews for this place, so I figured I would chime in. I’ve actually emailed the Jack in the Box corporation before to complement this restaurant on their customer service– it was that impressive to me!
Everyone I have encountered here is polite and efficient, delivering you cheap, tasty noms in a quick and professional manner. Even when the drive thru is wrapped around the building, it moves at a steady pace, which is indicative of a very well oiled fast food machine.
Oh and they give military discounts. Winning.

They recently redecorated the walls, it looks kinda cool. Last year I would walk from my high school, Monte Vista, and go eat here. When this place gets busy, it’s a little hectic. I’ve been to this Jack in the Box so many times that I’ve had my small share of little goofs they make (like giving regular instead of curly fries, or forgetting to put cheese on my sandwich), nothing big.
Just make sure with whatever fast-​food place you go to that you check what they gave you, not just here but anywhere.
I really don’t have any huge complaints. Sometimes, however, it can be pricey for a fast food place. But they do have good food, so I can’t complain too much.
My usual: Spicy Chicken Sandwich plain w/​just cheese, Curly fries (the best) and a drink. Usually comes out to about $ 7. I’d rather spend more like $ 4 or 5.

It is pretty bad when the drive thru takes longer then walking in! Then when you get your order it is messed up, when you call to let them know the order was messed up, you end up going back and 5 minuets after you have called, they don’t even remember who you are when you get there for your order!

I like this jack in the box, the shake machine always works here! Lol.

I picked up a couple of supreme croissants this morning to have for breakfast at work. When I arrived, it was moderately busy, but the service was still good and expedient. I did not use the drive through because the line was rather long.
The two croissant breakfast sandwiches were very good. They had the perfect amount of ham, but the bacon was very thin but tasty. The croissant were very moist and good.
The place inside was clean, organized, and the employees were polite.

This place has very rude customer service I’ve had so many bad visits and verbal complaints to the manager that I’ve honestly lost track. I tried using a coupon and they wouldn’t take it then finally when they did they made me purchase something else to get my two free tacos (with any purchase) well I was purchasing a whole freaken combo and a shake I guess the illiterate manager that couldnt understand the english language kept yelling at us thru the window she finally gave us our free tacos with an ear full of insults not to mention some other jack n crack worker runs up to the window and told to come inside the store and talk to her, after all that I got home and called the customer service number and left my experience along with all my information only to get no response. Very unhappy with my local jack n crack seems like jack needs to start cracking down on hiring losers.
