Called nearly everywhere for a quote for and iPhone 6 repair and came across Metro PC. Not only were they one in a few who actually could replace our screen but for an understandable price [$ 159]. Came in the morning and was told our repair would take 30 minutes but ended up being a few hours. However, this was due to our iPhone band under the home button being ripped from the impact when it fell. Fez (the one who repaired our phone) went above to drive all the way to their warehouse to pick up a new band and to show his effort he even drove in traffic! Fixed the phone with no issues at all and for the wait time he helped us out with a tempered glass screen cover. Quality A work and service. I totally recommend their service to anyone! And also Cliff was a great associate keeping us company and striking up a conversation.

I dropped my iPhone 5c today at work and the whole screen totally popped off and I wasn’t able to see anything! So i googled the closest phone repair place closest to me and noticed that metro pcs was able to do it. I’ve never been there before. When I called to make sure they were able to do it the man on the phone that goes by Fez was super helpful and informative. So I went in asap. Long story short, Fez fixed my phone within 20 mins and had great customer service which I appreciate because I also do customer service. The whole team there were nice and awesome! Including Cliff and Lupe! Thanks guys! Will definitely be sending friends and family to you guys for any repairs!

This place really helped me out. I walked out with a phone and a tablet for 50 dollars a month and service in both devices !!! I really recommend coming here. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t normally do reviews but I had to for this store.
