Nails By Twee

Tina waxed my eyebrows and didn’t listen to any of my instructions. I informed her that I wear my eyebrows medium to thin since I don’t apply anything to them, but she made them thin. Extremely thin, talking about she followed by brow shape. Are you seriously! Although she was apologetic she needs to follow customer’s instructions carefully and/​or confirm what is needed to be done. I will not be back.

I was really disappointed in the way my acrylic nails turned out at this salon. I went in and requested a full set of white tip acrylic nails with a square shape, a narrow nail, thin acrylic and gel overlay. What I ended up with was really wide nails, very thick acrylic, and very poor work. Not to mention, they started lifting within just a few days. I have never ever in my life and experience getting acrylic nails had them lift within just a few days of getting them placed on. What a waste of money that was and I’m really mad at myself for trying somewhere new with not so stellar reviews to begin with.
I also got a pedicure done there that day. I asked for a spa pedicure and while I got my spa pedicure, they worked on my acrylic nails. It’s really awkward when they ask you to twist your body around just to contort to their position just so that they can actually get to your hands. It’s not very enjoyable when you’re trying to enjoy a spa pedicure. While it was my first time in the salon, I will not be going back. My acrylic nails turned out really bad and look horrendous after just one week. The growth was so obvious because the acrylic was so thickly applied. I also paid extra to have my cuticles cleaned up and trimmed. I do not believe they did a very good job of cleaning my cuticles since, again after a week, I still had tons of cuticle growth and i still had acrylic stuck on my fingertips right after I left the salon.
My pedicure also turned out very poorly. I asked for a nice OPI red color and most of my toes turned out nicely with exception to the big toe on my right foot. For some reason, it started to bubble up. When I brought it to their attention, all they did was add another coat of the nail polish. Instead of taking off the coat of nail polish and starting over again (because the problem was likely happening because it was probably too thick to begin with) it made the problem worse. My toe also was super stained. You can see my pictures!
Overall, they were nice people, but their work sucks. Will I be back? Hell no!

If I could give a lower star I totally would don’t go to this place nothing but old people the lady doesn’t even know how to do nails waiting to post a picture of what she did to me I’m pissed the fuck off

I went to this salon as a walk in. The nail tech was rude and refused to help me, claiming she was too busy with 2 other clients.
I don’t think I will ever try going back here.

She’s been doing nails in Spring Valley for over 10 years!

Definitely as good as it gets! shes an amazing person to talk to and really good at what she does!
