Audio Express

I Usually don’t write reviews, because I’ve never met a business or someone who can exceed my expectations. I walked in to Audio Express located on 25 919 I45N. I was greeted by the store manger Chris. He’s common courtesy and professionalism just dazzled me. He was more concerned about what I want in my car, more like building a custom house. Chris was like you tell me what you need and and I’ll advise you weather it’s compatible to your taste or not. Sure enough, I had walked IN the store set on one product, but after Chris’s recommendation and advise, I realised, i was not going to happy. I went with his advise and choose what he advised. Let me tell you, he knows what he is talking about. After I got the car back, It was like, nothing was ever taken apart. Him and his crew are the best. Thank you Chris. Ill definitely recommend you to all my friends and Ill be returning for future needs.

My factory stereo died and I brought my car here. Chris, the manager, was awesome. He worked to explain my options, helped me choose a good option to replace my head unit and worked with me to come to a mutually acceptable price. I will be back to add some subs to my truck in the near future. Ask for Chris!

Friendly staff. Just never have people there to install. Went there 3 times two of which they told me to come to have viper alarm installed and no alarm tech. They think people dont know anything. So they try to push there favored product on u. Not impressed.

I went to three different places in the Woodlands and Houston area, and none can even compare to Audio Express. After another audio place on I45 installed a DVD headunit crooked and overall sloppy, I had to find a place to fix it. After searching around I found Audio Express and I cannot say enough good things about the business, employees, and store. The store is cool, clean, and has plenty of different displays to decide what you want. After asking them to take a look at the sloppy install job that I had, Audio Express did AND fixed the problem completely. The headunit now is not crooked and looks great. Also, Jeremy and Trey tuned my system so it sounds incredible! Both guys were awesome and very helpful. And the best part, they helped me out for no cost. Wow! Jeremy and the guys at this Audio Express really came through for me. I had a unique situation that probably didn’t fall under standard operating procedures, but they found a way to do it and do it cheerfully. Very helpful techs. I called Bico, and asked for the same thing and even though I was assured I would get a call back both times I called, they never called me, even just to say no way, we won’t do it. I will always go with the team at Audio Express in Spring.
