Every time I come to this location, the technicians go above and beyond to assist me with my automotive needs.

Had a problem with my truck suddenly not starting. Got a jump and headed to Autozone. The guy came out, tested the battery and within ten minutes I had a new battery installed and never even got my hands dirty. The old battery was under warranty from them and it was about as painless as possible. Highly recommend. He didnt even try to upsell me. Nice experience.

Horrible service. These employees do not know how to answer a phone. I’ve called multiple times and every time, I get the same result. It rings about 6 times, someone picks up without even saying so much as a «hello?» Into the phone. and then they hang up.
