I would have liked to have been exposed to the positive experiences that other Unilocalers did, but Bristol didn’t seem to want my business. An unfortunate experience between a dog and a window prompted my call(after hours) to Bristol Glass recently. When no return phone call was received by mid-morning the following day, I called them once again. I left ANOTHER message, since no one answered their phone again. A broken window, particularly in the front of your house, is not something that you can place on the back burner and repair when you finally get around to it. It’s pressing and immediate. I had called another local business for an estimate when I initially called Bristol Glass. However, THEY returned my phone call within minutes of them opening for business the following day. They came out to estimate the damage and replaced the window within 24 hours — and I had yet to receive a call back from Bristol. Sorry, guys. Called you twice. I even waited a full week before writing this review, as I wanted to give you all the benefit of the doubt that maybe you’d been on vacation and that was the reason that I never heard from you. But after seven days I did not receive a return call. Oh well, I’m not going to beg you to take my money. I went elsewhere and was really happy I did.

We have used this business glass services several times for glass tops on furniture. Always friendly, great service, and the prices are fair. We will certainly go back.

I called up to inquire about a large mirror for my daughters dance room we were doing for her for Christmas. The owner could not have been nicer ! once we were ready to move forward, he came out, measured from the front, up the stairs and around the doorways to make sure we could have one big mirror. The intallers were very nice, and I would call them again for any glass and mirror needs.
