Crystal Clear Pools

I’m definitely not Suprised by all the bad reviews. Should have come here before hiring them.
They did an absolutely poor job on my pool. They replaced the pump and never primed it to ensure that it was running properly. They promised me clear water and I have never seen any. I called them repeatedly to try to find a resolution and possibly have them come out to try again and I got ignored, no response, then told they don’t come to my side of town though they did the first time. The owner seemed completely uninterested in helping me remedy the issue. I am now having to call additional companies to do what I needed them to do in the first place. I am also calling additional companies that I will pay more money to after I have already paid them to do the work. I am completely disappointed in this company and their work. If I were you I would steer clear!

This is the worst example of a business.
1. Wanted money for services before touching the pool which is odd when most services accept payment after the job is done UNLESS you have no plans to do great or even descent jobs now the first place.
2. They called me multiple to fish me in to pay then never heard from them again unless I called.
3. They have no store front but talk as though they are a big company who can’t get around to every client in a professional way. They have cheap prices for cheap service. Basically for my monthly service I was getting a scoop of shock in the pool temporarily turn it blue for 2 days once a week.
This is obviously a case of no values and/​or guidance in management and ownership. I give one star for the woman tech who came out a few times even though she kept her hand out for a payment. I give the management no stars and a BUYER BEWARE for not only being a piss poor company but also for down playing a legit review on Unilocal.Her one star and description in her review for this company is how I knew I found the right one.

Let’s start off with the attitude… Really, horrible attitude. I always had to stay on top of them, didn’t show up for a month I paid for, too complicated, don’t bother. Pay the extra $ 10 and find someone who will give you less headaches.
