I took a pair of pants in to have the zipper fixed a week ago. They said(and wrote on the ticket) that they would be ready by Friday, November 13th. I went to pick them up yesterday(Friday) and they told me they weren’t ready yet but would be by the next day. I went back today and Daniel, one of the employees, looked around for a while and couldn’t find my pants. He said they«might» be at the alterations place. I asked what they could do about this, and he got an attitude with me and told me they weren’t going to do anything. I asked to speak to a manager, and he refused to call him or give me his information. He also told me they were going to charge me double the price the original person wrote on our ticket. While I was there, another woman came to pick up her clothes and they couldn’t find hers either. It’s ridiculous that they can’t keep track of where clothes are, but the customer service and the rude responses from Daniel made the experience even worse.

As good as it gets! I love this place. It’s all simple. PRICEANDSERVICEISGREAT! With this economy, this place is affordable and does their job. The best thing is same day service! Saves me all the time, as long as I drop it off before 9AM. But sometimes they let me slide if they can. I only write reviews on here when I mean it. I have never had a problem here for the past few years. But I have noticed one or two customers getting rusty, yet it’s only the customers fault. HOWDOYOUEXPECTANYONETOWASHDIRTYSTAINSYOUCREATEDOFFYOURSHIRTTHATHASBEENONTHEREFOR31564313247YEARS?! Of course I am exaggerating, but that explains how some customers are rude to the workers here. If some customers were educated(with some science and logic in their head), they would understand that some things can’t be possible. I feel like the Manager does his best. And of course mistakes happen to everyone everywhere, so the store still compensate you even if something went wrong.
