Such a good time here! It was my first facial, and I will definitely be back.
I went with a large group as part of a bachelorette party weekend; this was our first stop in our day of pampering. I arrived about 30 minutes late because I was lost, which was incredibly rude on my part. When I finally got there, all of my friends were in the middle of their facials, and I told the staff that I was content to just wait for them to finish. I didn’t insist on getting a facial because I knew that I had been so late and I didn’t want them to be inconvenienced. They assured me that it was no trouble at all, and that they would have plenty of time to fit me in.
Cindy was my esthetician, and she was wonderful! Answered all of my questions beforehand, and really took the time to recommend the best facial for my skin type. I got the Healthy Results Facial, as it was my first time and because I have sensitive, fair skin. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and soothing. None of the products were irritating, and they all smelled wonderful. Cindy also gave an excellent head and shoulder massage! I was worried that I’d walk out looking very pink, but my skin actually had a very healthy glow. I didn’t get any waxing or extraction done, but others in my group did, and they looked amazing. Particularly, the brow waxing was very nice, and I saw very minimal redness or irritation.
Prices are a bit high, but nothing shocking, and definitely worth it. They do offer a membership and products, but are not pushy at all about selling them to you. Very friendly staff and wonderful services.

I’m so glad I can get a quality brow wax on a Sunday. She had great suggestions and ended up doing a great job. I’ve read some reviews talking about membership, but I’m only going for brow waxings so it wouldn’t be worth it to pay for a membership. I love that I can book online and they had several choices of times for me. It’s clean and relaxing so I appreciated the atmosphere.

I have been going here for about 9 months now. I look forward to each and every visit! I love Mallory — go see her if you are on the fence. I always walk out feeling very relaxed and my face has never been smoother. This location is not pushy at all about products (though I do like my line they suggested) and are very helpful when you have questions. I have noticed that they are giving more specials monthly right now, bonus!
