I come often, but today the service sucked. no greeting, the cup where the mash potatoes came in was dirty… it took 20 minutes (literally) to be helped… no one in front of us.
Seriously something needs to be done…

receipt was not provided, as such when i requested for it, the team member had to go through the running tape. that in itself was deemed suspicious. ordered was overcharged based on the advertisement noted on the store window, but i let it slide (chicken pot pie advertised for $ 3.33, but was charged $ 4.99). after a few days, i notice that my order of $ 21.64 was charged for an incorrect amount of $ 51.64. i went back to view my receipt and notice the team member ran the transaction as «exact cash», but clearly it was not. this team member erroneously charged me an extra $ 30.00. this is clearly a fraudulent act. i am hesitant to contact the store as i do not want to trust any member there. i will report this to corporate, bbb, Unilocal,and any other necessary establishment related to kfc.
i highly recommend the company perform an audit on a continuous basis even though it’s a privately held corporation to ensure all locations are performing as an ethical brand.

I went to this location on December 16,2015. I was so disappointed. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter. The pieces of fish were small and very thin like a small pancake. I was told by an employee that they rarely put condiments in with you order. You usually have to ask for them or you more than likely will not get them. Today the employee said they were out of tartar sauce. This location is shoddily run and the owner is more concerned with pinching pennies than taking care of their patrons.

It’s not horrible, it’s just not great either. The place is pretty empty so I don’t get how these guys can be so slow. My receipt says 4:20 and it’s already been 15 minutes… come on, it’s only deep frying! No real tricks!

I usually like LJS but this location is poorly cleaned and always out of items or the soda machine is down. Overall I had a poor experience this trip.

Humble, TX
Location has slow and poor service. Always regret going here as they are always out of something, and are the only location I know of that doesn’t offer the wedges. Anytime I have attempted resolution of my issues/​grievances nothing ever comes of it and I am left feeling unsatisfied. The staff is rude and if there was another long johns anywhere near us we would drive there. Honestly, I wouldn’t go here if it weren’t for my husband’s love of long johns fish planks. Worst restaurant in the area.

This location is a combination KFC and Long John silvers under the same roof. I like that you have an option of choosing either from one place. The place is pretty new so everything is in good shape and clean. Staff is friendly and I have always received good service. There are usually no long lines here and I am able to get in and get out. It can be a little hard to get to it due to location across from HEB and busy traffic.
