Great bagels — LOADED with ingredients and not too bready(hate bready bagels). Service is okay(maybe learned from last Unilocal). But they need to learn to smile and act like they like their jobs. Atmosphere is good — very bagel-shoppy :)

These bagels are the best I’ve had since I lived up north. I am so happy to finally have a New York style bagel shop so close to home. Their customer service and product knowledge could improve – and I’m sure it will with time since they’ve only opened recently. I would highly recommend their bagels. I just wish they had more vegan or vegetarian options.

Ordered an Philly cheesesteak sandwich and got one slice of beef and two slices of corned beef on regular bread toasted. Also on the plate was rock hard dried bread pieces of rye bread and other bread types good only for soup. I was stunned and will never go back. I truly believe they were out of beef and so they threw on the corned beef. Avoid.

Slow, inaccurate, and inattentive. Not three words you want to describe your local bagel shop! We had to repeat our order several times and they got both bagels wrong. The lady in front of us had to tell the cashier, who was loading her ½ dozen bagel bag without gloves or hand washing, that she only had 5 bagels and not 6 in her bag. Mine was supposed to be toasted sesame with butter and light cream cheese. No cream cheese and they used a dirty knife, because it tasted like cinnamon and lox. Ugh. They were also out of a couple varieties and running out of others after we ordered. We won’t be back and I see in my crystal ball that they won’t last long.

This should be a 3.5 instead of a 4 but I didn’t have that option. I know this place is in its infancy and I took that into account It’s good, not great but good. The staff was somewhat courteous but not very knowledgeable of the menu. The bagels were pretty good. I love that they put seasoning all over the bagel and not just on top as other shops do. We ordered one with cream cheese. Talk about stingy! We couldn’t tell it was even on there. There is not a cream cheese shortage people. The panini need more toasting, it came out pretty soggy. If they learn from their mistakes, I will go back.
