Groupon lead me to another place that was unbeknownst to me, but was more than willing to try. Nothing says exploring a new place like trying it on a discount. I am a fan of that popcorn place in Chicago, so you know I have to try it here to see how things stack up. I even bought my friend from Chicago with me to get an honest and frank take on this place.
There is a huge variety of popcorns at this location. What makes the variety even better is that there are also samples everywhere in the place for you to try. If you look at my photos, you will notice tubes mounted on the wall that have popcorn in them. You remove the black, plastic cap from the base of the tube and then you turn the knob. There is your sample!
They don’t stop at popcorn at this place. There is shaved ice, multiple flavors of pickles and even cookies for you to partake in if you choose to do as such. If you feel like nostalgic candy, you will find some here which includes chick-​o-​stick and slo-​pokes. They even have gourmet candy sticks, jelly beans and a variety of suckers for you to try.
Just take a look at the variety of sizes. A party bag is 80 ounces!
I had the Chicago mix, green apple, salt and vinegar, regular caramel and vintage trash mixture. Let me start off by saying this, if you like sweet popcorn, then you will love the vintage trash mixture! It is melt in your mouth delicious. If you have nut allergies, stay away from this mixture because it has almonds chips in it. All flavors that I had were good and fresh. My Chicago friend even admitted that this was great popcorn. She said that the salt and vinegar and the vintage trash mixture is popcorn taste worthy of even Chicago. She still gave props to her hometown for having the best popcorn, but said she is happy that she found this place because it did her right. I only was allowed a little bit of each flavor because many people devoured it once they saw it later.
Just try these folks. Find your way into a fresh batch and I guarantee your tongue will thank you. Did I mention they even sale flavored pickles? You can pick from 6 flavors which includes sour apple, mango and fruit punch. I am certain this great and friendly staff will find you something to your liking. Just for the record, they do birthday parties, fund raisers and more.

Went in yesterday for the first time and thought I would give it a shot because my favorite popcorn place was already closed. Bought a bag of the creamy dill pickle flavor popcorn because that’s my favorite! I was so disappointed because the popcorn tasted stale and it had absolutely no flavor at all. Will not be going here again!

I came about 2 weeks ago to this place super excited i mean FLAVORED POPCORN! I was so disappointed to say the least first off you walk in super cute and then i started trying the flavors cool concept but some of them were tasteless and others like the fruity ones were sticky (stale) I gave them the benefit of the doubt though thinking maybe the ones in the back are fresh (ie their about me on Unilocal «made daily») and maybe these are just lightly flavored compared to the ones in the back I ended up spending about $ 15 and STALE STALE STALE so i called up and asked when they were made and the response shocked me 2 WEEKS SERIOUSLY!!! i told them it was stale and offered me my money back but i refuse to go back here ever again. How can you have stale 2 week old popcorn out and say its «made fresh daily»?! You will never see me step into this place again. If i could leave no stars i would!

Really great flavored popcorn and pickles. Every sample I tried tasted great. Ms TT was baking fresh chocolate chip cookies that smelled so good.

Very friendly from the time of arrival. There’s a surprising variety. Great place for a delicious snack as well as a easy gift.

I went to Popkorn krush while visiting one of my friends in the area. I must say that the popcorn was fantastic! What I really enjoyed about the shopping experience while there is that you can try out all the different flavors they have. Some of the flavor names are pretty interesting and I love being able to get a little taste before deciding to buy some. I definitely recommend people to check this spot out, especially if you’ve never had gourmet popcorn before!

I have developed this curious addiction to popcorn. Actually, savory-​flavored popcorn in particular is what tickles my fancy. I’m relentless in my consumption of it (unfortunately) and in my quest to try new, enticing flavors. One by one, it seems, I’m munching my way through multiple popcorn establishments to find the very best that each one has to offer.
PopKorn Krush is surely to become one of my regulars. Recently opened, they are just really beginning to get the full scope of their flavors honed. Already a wide variety of popcorn from which to choose, there are more in the works, I was promised.
What a concept: Small containers with all of their popcorn with little sample cups and tongs were scattered throughout the store. Walk around and taste everything before you buy! This was a really nice touch, and a spectacular idea for those of us that do like to venture into new territory.
The owner and one employee there were very helpful and pleasant. They could tell I was a real popcorn junkie, and we got to talking about different flavors. I sighed when I was told they don’t have hot dill pickle — but I was promised that on my next trip back it would be there. Now, that’s service!
Pizza and salt & vinegar were my choices today. Satisfying and different, I know that the medium-​sized bags I bought will not last long and, well, I’ll just have to return for more.
PopKorn Krush has not reached their highest potential within a week after their grand opening, which is why I’m withholding a star. This store has the capability of becoming my one-​stop popcorn provider, but they’re not quite there yet. I will be back, that is for sure, and I will (once I’ve licked my fingers clean) provide an update.
In the meantime, pardon me while I have just a little bit of popcorn for a snack. ..
