I recently relocated to Spring TX from Sioux Falls SD and hired a real estate agent that was referred by a friend. After several weeks with this agent, I realized that they lacked ambition and seemed to have a difficult time listening to my needs, so I fired them.

He negotiated diligently and based on his hard work, I purchased our home below market price and significantly below asking price.
If you are considering a home purchase, I would highly recommend Skip. He gave me the tools and confidence needed to get the deal done with limited issues. (He even recommended a better lender and we saved a ¼% interest) If you are going to sell your house, you will want Skip working for you, otherwise he might be representing the buyer and work against you. Trust us… He is that good!
