They have been our pool cleaners weekly for the past three years. We paid them automatically every month to our credit card. Our house is in the Woodlands. We were out of the country June and July and came home to a pool that hadn’t been cleaned or maintained since May. We never received an email, text message or phone call from the owner Mike. Our pool and spa is a mess. Algae every where. Now we have to pay another pool service to get our pool and spa cleaned and algae free. Cannot believe that someone just walks away from a business and doesn’t have the courtesy to let their clients know. As fellow pool owners know, their pool is a big investment and expensive to maintain. We paid Mike from Ripple Pools thousands of dollars over the past 3 years to take care of our pool. For him to do this and to have a complete disregard for another’s property and investment is deplorable.
