Moving out of the area and trying to stop service was a pain. 25 minutes on hold two people later we finally had our service canceled. I sent him notifications twice in writing and once via the phone before this. I still received a bill. They told me that my service is automatically renewed every year. They also tried to get me to purchase service on the next house and when this didn’t work they wanted to know who was going to move into the house that is going up for sale. Their security services are okay but getting out of the contract after many many years of Service with them is a real pain. It was finally resolved.
