Very clean. Very nice service. Fresh food. Best schlotskys I’ve ever been to. This location is run very well.

Great food, great service, and very friendly staff. The owner recognized me and asked me how I’ve been doing. They only forgot my garlic bread once (during lunch rush), but aside from that I’ve only received the best service! I would highly recommend the roast beef & cheese sandwich and the cranberry, chicken, pecan and apple salad.

Love this place! Been coming here so long we know the owners. Great work staff too.

3 stars because I do love their food and they do make the food well… it’s just the waiting and waiting and waiting you have to do to get it! Fortunately/​unfortunately (for them) you can watch them make your food… and the girl today was soooo slow putting together those sandwiches! They have 2 sides to their assembly station yet only one side is used while the sandwiches back up as just 1 girl is making them… during busy lunch time on a Friday! Like I said, love their food and this place is close to home but I gotta start choosing Jersey Mikes, Lennys, etc when I’m hungry for a sub/​deli sandwich because they get me in/​out in a hurry and on with my day!

Great sandwiches and salads. Love their salt and vinegar chips too. It’s never crowded. There is never a line. You don’t have to wait long for take-​out.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times since it opened. It has always been very clean, the service is always good and the wait not too long. I ordered the same thing each time. An Original sandwich and Broccoli Cheese soup. I have enjoyed this same meal for over 15 years at various locations. I am a little disappointed in this one. There is barely any meat or black olives on the sandwich and the soup tastes watered down. Now I cannot comment on the other menu items but I sat next to a couple with a pastrami sandwich that was filled with meat and a Turkey Cobb salad. Both said theirs was good. I guess it’s hit or miss. I do like the place and hope they read this and correct the problems I encountered.

We have been going to this particular Schlotzsky’s Deli for a couple of years and it has always been great. The service, the food, and the atmosphere is fantastic. If you are in the area and would like a great fast food experience, I recommend this deli.

I’ve been to many Schlotzsky’s Deli restaurants in Houston and must say that this one is the best one! First of all, inside of the restaurant is very clean and well-​decorated. I was sitting by the booth with my boyfriend and we both noticed how nice the paintings on the wall were. It made me feel like I was at an up-​scale restaurant with my date. :)
Secondly, the staffs and the owners were very friendly and nice. They welcomed us to their restaurant and after we ordered our food, they even asked us if everything was good and if we needed anything else. Although Schlotzsky’s is not a restaurant with a waiter service, we felt like we were at one with nice service. Extra point!
Lastly, I ordered #1 original meal and a white chocolate cookie. And oh man, the food was warm and fresh as well as delicious! The cookie? it was soft and yummy!
Overall, I would recommend this Schlotzsky’s to everyone who is in the area. Or even if you are not around the area, I would suggest you go check it out. It’s definitely good for lunch and dinner.

The most horrifying experience ever. So I try and be constructive when I review a place but I was shocked and mortified by the experience I just had a this place. So I came with my inlaws, husband and son. We spent approximately 50.00 and my husband order the steak and cheese sandwich. Now the picture doesn’t show any sauce on it and when it came out with this chipotle mayo on it. My husband took it back up to the counter and asked if he could get it without the mayo. The guy at the counter said he would have to ask the manager because it «was an expensive sandwich». The manager came out and seriously started to blame my husband for the mistake. I got upset and asked if she seriously was not going to fix it. That I thought the point was to make your customers happy. She completely flew of the handle and started yelling at me and my husband at the front counter. Needless to say my husband decided to just get his money back and not another sandwich and we will NEVER be going back. I feel bad for schlotskys as a company that they have a franchisee representing them that way.

I’ve always gotten fresh and delicious sandwiches as well as fast and friendly service here at this location.
It still has that new sandwich smell its so clean inside. plenty of parking as it is part of a larger complex.
