Sales person walked up asking if I needed help, I showed him a picture of what I was trying to find… His response, is «oh well there’s a bunch of colors like that all. Here’s the wall of every color sample.» Thanks dude, that was a huge help. Why even bother asking if I needed help?!

When all my questions regarding paint, application and product suggestion are answered with an «I don’t know,» a problem exists. The staff here are extremely uneducated about their products. I will now drive 10 miles out if my way to avoid going to this location ever again. Oh and when asking if they recommended that I tint my primer, the response was «I don’t know what that is,» as an example of the ignorant conversation.
