Spring Carpets

I meant to write this review some time ago, and because I am checking into flooring for a new home, Chris and Spring Carpets came immediately to mind. So, I am happy to post my very positive review today. Chris and his crew have done two jobs for me and I cannot say enough about how good the experience of working with them has been –installers and sales. On one job Chris found a match for my original wood floor that was downstairs (that had been laid 11 years ago), so I could have the same flooring upstairs. The floors they have installed for me on both jobs are beautiful. When we had trouble with a dishwasher and some flooring that was adjacent to it, we called him, and he came with his crowbar and fixed the problem quickly even though the floor installed by his company had nothing to do with the problem. Last, based on my dealings with them, I would like to say that Chris, the other members of the sales team, and the Spring Carpet’s crew members are honest and dependable.

My experience with Spring Carpet was great every step of the process! The sales guy was very helpful and didn’t try to push the pricy carpet, the scheduling was quick and the installation was quick and professionally done! I would definitely recommend them!

Bought carpet through Costco. We had some issues getting the samples, but the team worked very closely with me to work through all our hiccups. Ended up the carpet color I selected was discontinued, they found another similar carpet that matched the color I had selected. The carpet was more expensive but they waived the difference and provided me the upgraded carpet at my original quoted price. The team, in particularly Kimberly Parks reallly worked hard get the carpet installed. Thanks

We purchased our carpet through Costco who partners with Spring Carpets in the Houston area. From being able to see/​touch samples on display at our local Costco to coming to our home with a greater assortment to ordering and installation, Spring Carpets was amazing. Kim helped facilitate our installation and accommodate our travel schedule. She kept us informed every step of the way. She was awesome! Highest recommendation for SC!

Spring Carpets was recommended to me by my Insurance company after a water leak damaged my floors. They were quick to set up a consultation and the install went quite well. Floors look great in fact. It is the chain of events after the floor install was completed that lead to my two star rating.
It took a week and a half to get someone to return my call and finally schedule painters to come finish the baseboards. This is after calling each and every business day for the duration. When the painting was completed the painter pointed out that the color did not match the existing trim pieces… My quest to get in contact with someone that could help me resumed. Three days later (daily calls and messages both to a managers cell phone and the store) and a painter finally came out to finish the job, an hour and a half late, at sunset, on a Friday night.
As I told the manager, a little communication would have gone a long way.

We had new hardwood flooring installed last May. One of the boxes was the wrong color of flooring, so we had to agree to use pieces that were rejected from other boxes to finish the job. I have been trying since then to get either a refund for the box that we couldn’t use or at least a box of the right color. I returned the unusable box months ago. After many phone calls and messages on my part, I finally had someone agree to look into it but of course I never heard back. Any suggestions on where to take this next? Better Business Bureau? Small claims court?
