Extremely apathetic staff, guy that was helping my friend and I was on his phone the whole time and sighing whenever we asked to try different flavors. Also the in house vapor is not that great, definitely better vape stores out there.

If you don’t know absolutely everything about rebuilding subohm unregulated vaping, don’t come here, unless you like being patronized, lied to, and overcharged. If you do know everything, make sure you’re a man, or they still treat you like you’re an idiot. Vaping is a much healthier alternative to smoking, but there are many ways to do it, and these jerks are rude if you aren’t a cloud chaser.

Friendly and helpful staff, although I did not feel very welcome here when I was new to vaping. They were all kind of intimidating. lol
One thing: they don’t sell 15mg bottles of 3nic juices! If I’m trying out a flavor I usually want to buy the smaller bottle; anything above a 3nic is too harsh to drip for me (and most people).
So, I end up having to spend more money on the 30mg bottle; even if I want the smaller size.

Sells you merchandise knowing full well they do not sell the necessary materials needed to maintain them. Sold my husband a tank for his vape, but then told him they do not sell replacement coils, and have no intention of ordering them. All a ploy to try and sell him a much more expensive vape. Gross staff and zero customer service.

After shopping at almost every vape shop in the Houston metro area I can tell you that most provide mediocre customer service at a steep price. Not Spring Vapor! First visit was today and was greeted warmly and provided service immediately. The gentleman who helped me provided juice recommendations as well. Solid prices and good service what more can you want? Definitely will be returning.

I highly recommend this place for ecig devices and juice. They have a HUGE selection of both and the staff is very knowledgeable about the things they sell. Even when there is a problem, they are extremely willing to do whatever it is to help. Ask for Kirby when you walk in. He’s helped me the last few times I’ve gone in there and he’s absolutely amazing.

I’ve always enjoyed coming here even as a newbie. I think before getting into vaping people need to understand what they are getting into. Prior knowledge can go a long way when talking to the employees here. That being said, I always feel like I’m getting a good deal, especially when you start racking up points.
Nick the owner is also a great guy to sit down and talk to. If he sees that There’s a long line he gets up and helps out the customer. I’ve seen it before and it’s happened to me.
No complaints here, they are the best vapor shop in Spring /​The Woodlands!

If you are a beginner to vapor then DO NOT go here. The customer service is lousy and snobby. It seems like everyone is walking around high on the vape fumes. There was no «Hello, how are you?» It was more like — «You’ve never been here before and you have questions? You fool! Get out before we pelt you with our overpriced vapor products!» The prices were astronomical and any question we asked only resulted in a dumb stare. Never, never, never again.

Went in with my mother and she’s just starting to get into vapors and the people were snooty because she didn’t know much about vapors and really didn’t help her at all. Very unhelpful service, will not be returning.
