I attempted to purchase a new phone yesterday because my spouse lost her phone. I went to this store and I observed a practice I found very disturbing. First it took me 2 hours and 33 minutes for an employee to help me. During my 2 hour and 33 minute wait I had an opportunity to observe what was taking so long and I what I observed was repugnant. Every customer had two Sprint employees helping them instead of one. While one employee was performing the data entry necessary to get their phone activated, a second Sprint employee was chatting the customer up trying to get them to by more stuff. This practice at least doubled the wait of everyone waiting to get a phone.

Go anywhere but here. Customer service is terrible!!! Went in to ask about my plan and the associate told me that it was pointless to even talk because he couldn’t help me so I may as well just go online. Really? Way to go sprint.
