Very good chicken strips. Awesome crawfish. Need to get here early on week nights. Probably before 6. TV’s everywhere. Good service.

The waitress was nice and on point. Where the problem is with management how can you allow your bar to run out of glasses. And have to reuse the same glass thank God my hepatitis shots are up to date!!! Everyone beware!!!

This place has a few faults, but the managers, James and George, keep us coming back. My husband and I first met them years ago at another establishment. Fast forward to last fall, and we were super excited to see George managing one of our new favorite local spots. Tonight, we spotted James and he was more than attentive to our concerns. During our visit prior to this evening, we had a horrible waitress, Jess, and I suspect that the reviews complaining of the service at this establishment are directly related to her. If you’re in a large group, or are a group of men only, you’re probably okay. Couples beware. I cannot imagine why a person in the service industry would be so disinterested, miserable, or rude. Fast forward to tonight and we found ourselves sitting at a table on the patio for exactly 33 minutes(we ordered a drink at the bar while waiting to be seated so we were entertaining ourselves with a betting game as to whether we were assigned to one of Jess’ tables again) before I flagged down a waitress. Surprise, we both bet that it was Jess, and we were right. I’m guessing she was retaliating over the fact that we didn’t leave a tip(for the first time in my entire life and I tip above the usual recommendations.) She could have passed us off to another waitress, which is exactly what we would have wanted too. But no, she actively decided to let us sit there. Seriously. Anyway, the food and drinks are great here and the rest of the waitresses are absolutely fantastic. During the prior visit with Jess, we even had a super friendly bus boy take over our table and pick up her slack. We tipped him well. If you ever have a problem here, talk to the managers. They are genuinely interested and are true masters of their business. Moreover, we’ve definitely seen a huge improvement in the food since Tailgaters brought George on board shortly after we first started coming. If it weren’t for George, James, and our super sweet new waitress that stepped up this evening, it may have been our last visit.

Terrible service. I love the Tailgators on 1488 but its so far away from my house so I settle for the one on 2920 and their service is so bad. The waitress don’t care about their customers. The food is really good but the service is so bad and they are really slow.

Two out of three orders were wrong. Even the replacement orders were wrong again. It’s really sad when noone even apologized for the error. To me that’s kind bad customer service. I think the kitchen needs to be more careful of food allergies.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service we received here today for lunch. Our server Brodie was very attentive and just overall great. Our drinks were constantly refilled and we never had to ask him for anything. The crawfish were very large and seasoned just right. This was my first time here, but due to the great service and food, we will be back.

Strong drinks. Great crawfish. Attentive and friendly waitstaff. Clean bathrooms. I tend to frequent places such as Bombshells and Buffalo Wild Wings in the Spring area. A friend suggested we switch things up and meet up for drinks here. I was dead set on just sipping my Jack and Coke until I smelled their Cajun pasta. I had to order it, and it did not disappoint. In fact they customized our order to include our seafood of choice. Creamy, spicy, and full of crawfish and shrimp! I will definitely be back soon!

Food was terrible and undercooked. We left after a few bites. We had the fajita and cheeseburger. The waffles fries were still cold in the center. My advice is just go for the drinks. Avoid the food.

Went on a Tuesday night and sat on the patio with a group of seven. Even though it was busy the service was prompt and very friendly. Others had been to this location, but it was my first visit. All of us ordered different food and I was surprised at the good amount and taste of the food. I had some chicken soft taco that went beyond the normal and was very fresh. Fish, crawfish, burgers all looked good. I’ll be back!

Given the place is kind of gimmicky, the crawfish is freaking outstanding. The best tasting, spiciest, and just pure deliciousness you can get in Houston. The place itself was packed all around with customers and it seemed that they had the a/c set to sub-zero temp. So be prepared to wait with a jacket. The food came out reasonably fast and our server(Sam) was pretty good about routinely checking on us so no gripes there. All in all damn good crawfish!

Well last experience at a Tailgators was not pleasant(242) because it seems as if they have a competition with local places with the crawfish to see how spicy they can make it, but forget that it’s inedible because it was insanely spicy.(And I love spicy) 2920 was pretty good, just the right amount of spice. It’s early in the season so the crawfish are small to medium. The best experience was our server, Kristie. She was extremely attentive and very nice and always checked on us and her other tables. We couldn’t not have had a better server! Looking forward to coming back here again!

#mustbehungry The portion sizes are huge. I’ve been here several times and can’t finish a single thing. The crawfish are incredible and you have to add some sausage. ;) Lauren has some awesome drinks up her sleeve so get her to make you something special. And Kayla the manager… not only did she touch my table. she touched my heart

What a great way to start off the new year having absolutely awesome crawfish while sitting at the patio watching the ball games. Heaters are going so everyone is nice and toasty while still enjoying the cool outside temps. Service was very good as it always is! So if you’re craving crawfish right now I recommend Tailgators for fresh spicy goodness:-) I’ll be back again over the weekend for more.

So I decided to give another try this afternoon. still not impressed with this new location and some of the new staff. Some of the staff was setting up for Halloween but the hostess still sat us promptly and told us our sever was going to be Ashley. Second time we have had this server and the first time it took her for ever to come greet us and then even longer for our fountain drinks to be brought to the table but this time we were never greeted by her. Very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional. Needles to say after fifteen minutes we got up and left. Won’t try again unless we know who is working!

My order was double fried wings(12). Simple enough right? Well on an extremely slow night, my order took twice as long as I was told on the phone. Why would the bartender assume I don’t want my change back on a to go order? Really sketchy, I shouldn’t have to ask for my change on a to go order. As for the food, extremely mediocre. I couldn’t tell they were double fried but I know they weren’t extra crispy. For a late night hunger run, I wish I would of just sucked up and went to bed hungry. To top it off, I’m stuck listening to the bartender complain about freaking everything. Second time here, but I won’t be back. Gave two stars instead of one because another employee took the time to check for my order in the back without me asking him which was nice of him.

Came here about a month ago with a friend to get some drinks and dinner. The food was surprisingly good, and the portions are pretty large and definitely«splitable.» I would have to say however that the waitresses were less than trying with us since we are girls, and probably would have given us much better service if we were dudes. Overall, not a bad experience, but not sure if I would go back.

Dropped by for a happy hour that ended up a happy night. Out Asian Bar-Ten-dress Victoria made sure our drinks were always full, and and her conversation was amazing. World traveled, polite and always attending your needs. The service industry as a whole would benefit greatly if someone like Victoria took over and taught them all she knows. We will be back!!!

I came in today to have some crawfish. The price was great at $ 4.99 a pound and they were quite large, but I found them a little bland on the inside. since I usually cook a few sacks of crawfish every once awhile myself, we know that is difficult to get the seasoning inside the large crawfish. That is why I prefer the medium to large variety. With the large crawfish, you get more meat per tail, the shells are so hard it is a bit rough on your fingers. Nevertheless, for the price, I found the crawfish to be a good value. And instead of having spicy crawfish, I enjoyed dipping them in the butter like substance and enjoyed it with a different flavor altogether. I will try to come back within the next couple weeks as I can tell the crawfish season is coming to an end.
