Very relaxed place. Taylor is an amazing bartender! Feel so at home and my fiancée and I are regulars on our work break :)

BEST weekday daytime bartender. Period. Update: really missing my bartender Traci Tini… This is my first Friday without her…

The place is filthy and super smokey. The food has got to be some of the worst food in Spring I have ever eaten. Also heard from an old bartender that worked there that they pour cheap liquor into the better bottles.

If you want an easy drinking spot with no frills this place will do. Live music on some nights with a decent band. Karaōke on another. Drink prices are reasonable and the food is decent bar food. Whatever it used to be, it’s a decent place to have a beer or cocktail with friends.

Do NOTGOHERE if you are not local! We took our visitors who were from the UK on their first night in Texas. A couple in their 60s. Talk about«down home southern hospitality» …this was«southern Texan HOSTILITY». A bunch of young Texan redneck punks chased us out this bar with their chants of «USA…USA«pumping their fists in the air. You know who you are(beards and beanies) .Pathetic. I am sure your mothers would have been proud of you treating visitors to your country like that! Thanks also to the management for giving our visitors such a good impression of Texas! So when you think about«That One Bar» think that’s the«One Bar» you don’t want to go to! You have been warned.

This is a bar. You got your beer and mixed drinks, bar and table seating, obnoxiously loud music, basic bar ambiance, and cigarettes. Lots of smoke in here but if you look around that seems like the reason a lot of people are here. Friendly and fast service. It’s a bar.

I have given this bar many chances. I really want to like it. The bar is smokey but all of them are around here. The staff is friendly and service is good. Prices aren’t bad. But I cannot go here by myself without being harassed by married men. Every single time. So, ladies never go here alone.

I’m not sure what the deal is with the specific LOCATION… I’m starting to think it’s haunted. It was Chugging Charlie’s, then«Lord Loudon’s”(dumbest name ever) and now it’s That One Bar. That being said I love this place! It’s got a very cozy atmosphere and the servers are excellent. There are two pool tables, darts and comfy couches. Live music too usually around 9pm.

Everybody might remember this place as Chuggin Charlies, or Hojo’s, Moneypenny’s, or whatever you say about it… To me, it’s always going to be That One Bar with a lot of memories. Located on the North side of Louetta, East of the intersection with Kuykendahl. Near the Sears Hardware Store and La Cabana. This latest iteration welcomed my friends and I for a night well spent. This is a cool little bar with a great atmosphere, I’ve always felt welcomed to its warm tones and cold beer. The crowd and service have been the best in the area.
