The Rustic Mile

I’m so happy I found this place. After months of searching at other places, I finally found a media center dresser combo with matching nightstands. I choose to have the items stained antique white… It’s just gorgeous! They were even delivered early and I’m in love! The service was awesome, will be shopping here again!

I love everything about this store! The furniture is beautiful, the service in THIS location is great. just beware of dealing with their San Antonio store. staff is less than knowledgeable about the products and VERY rude. This location is great though! The prices are amazing and the furniture is like nothing else.

I hate for this to be the first review of the place, because the product and price are solid, but the service is not good. I ordered about 4K worth of furniture for my study and bedroom — all custom order. I was charged $ 175 for delivery and set up. When the furniture was delivered, the finish on my bedroom set was not perfect — it usually is made ‘distressed’ and I didn’t want it that way, I requested a solid paint for it and some pieces were not solid paint (ok — I can live with a little touch up). What I cannot live with is when the delivery guys told me it was policy not to move my mattresses during the set up of the bed due to ‘insurance concerns’. WTH??? I ended up having to talk to the owner who was shocked to hear this and said he would address it, but not shocked enough to offer to return any of the $$ I spent for the delivery and set up service. Plus, I now have paint touch up work to do. I love the product and for the price, this place beats other locations in town, but the experience has left a taste in my mouth that begs for water to wash it away… makes me sad.
