Don’t try, day 2 of trying to rent a storage area. Day 1 office closed for meeting, day 2 office closed for unknown reason manager returning like 1.5 hours later! Just call Pods they will come to you!!!

I am soooo Disappointed in the downfall of this storage facility. I’ve had a unit with this place for a few years now. They have gone through several changes in ownership and seem to get worse with each.
Yesterday, when I went to my unit, I found several dead mice and PILES of droppings in one corner. Last month there was not a single mouse dropping when I came by. I understand that rodents and bugs are a normal part of storage units and it can and will happen. When I came up to the front office, I spent over 30 minutes just waiting for the person to help the girl who came in before me. The employee didn’t tell me «just a moment» or even «hello» It’s like I wasn’t there. I would have left but I didn’t want to leave dead mice in my unit. Finally the first lady left and I was asked «what do you want?» I told her that I had found the dead mice. In response she said «That Sucks» and nothing else.
After a long awkward pause I asked her if she had someone that could clean them out and if they planned on doing any kind of pest control as a result of it. She walked out of the room and came back with a very dirty broom and dustpan which she handed to me. She also asked me not to put them in the trashcan in the unit building, but to bring it all the way back up to the front office where they had their office trash so other people didn’t see. I asked again about pest control and she said they would «have someone spray or something»
I’ve already paid for the month of December, but you can make a bet that I’ve already started looking for another place to store my things!
