Very frustrated. This company charges $ 65/​hour for a service call, which is standard. Their technician just came out to do repair (essentially changing the batteries in our back-​up battery packs), and, of course, I didn’t note to the exact minute the time he arrived. In the end, he said he was here for one hour and five minutes, so I ended up being charge $ 98 for the service charge. That’s $ 30+ for the extra 5 minutes he claims he was here. Really? Had I known 5 minutes was going to cost me an extra $ 30, I would have watched him like a hawk to make sure he actually got here when he says he did, and worked as efficiently as possible. Not happy.
