Chose them because the were first in the readers choice award. Had some normal dirt in living room around the couch area, and their cleaner didn’t remove any of it. Told them to do it again but same result. They are really nice guys but they get thumbs down from me from their inability to clean my carpet.

We received a helpful appointment reminder phone call the day before the service was scheduled. Scott arrived on time and presented himself very professionally. He took great care to protect wall corners where hoses or equipment could cause damage. After measuring the area to be cleaned, he set up his equipment very quickly and proceeded with the cleaning process. The final result was excellent. Our old carpets looked almost like new. This was the best experience we’ve had with any carpet cleaning company over the years. Thanks for a job very well done!
