The food is fine, love their BBQ. Its being deliberately overcharged in the same way both times I have been there. I and my son gave our order, and when it came his order of one cheese chili dog with small drink fries + another cheese chili dog no drink no fries came back as two full meals, large drink with each. My lone BBQ came as ordered. I took digital photos of the wall prices, what came, my ticket and the clerk. What we ordered with VA ta would have been $ 13.48, what actually came with VA tax would have been $$ 17.62. The clerk was very argumentative saying her«supersizing the orders» actually saved me 40 cents. Nope. She ran my credit card, and the receipt said«batch mode» and did not itemize anything, just said total charge $ 20.76. She became aggressive at this point raising her voice and her English suddenly got much worse I added everything up I got on a sheet of paper, brought it back to her in 3 minutes and said I was overcharged for what I was given(which was more than I ordered.) She said your math is wrong. I’ve got an engineering degree from MIT and am pretty good at math. I had gotten this same treatment from her a month or two before. This time I took digital pictures of everything including her. I discretely got out an index card and wrote down what the next customer was ordering. When her order came, same thing, order expanded to be more than she asked for. I had totaled up the cost of what she asked for and what she got, and when I could see the blue leds on the register, she also was charged about $ 4 more than the bigger than asked for meal. With the cash register set for«batch mode» with no one item listed, makes it difficult to dispute anything. This is a scam going on, I’m not happy about it. Still the best BBQ in town though.

$ 9.09 for two small blizzards. Biggest rip off ever. I went in to try the new chips ahoy blizzard with a friend, and for almost $ 10 I should be getting the best ice cream on the planet. Instead, I got some thrown together chocolate chip blizzard with no cookie bits in it. For $ 10 I could have bought two tubs of ice cream and had money left over. Don’t waste your time here.

I hate giving bad marks to hardworking small businesses but I was there last night and why do restaurants use toxic smelling chemicals to clean where you would want to eat. Last night the place reeked from chlorine. It a nice place and very clean. Owners work hard and very friendly. STOPUSINGSMELLYCHEMICALS

This dairy queen is always quick with service and easily accommodates changes– if you want a little more chocolate sauce or no nuts on something ect. Staff have a great attitude.

My parents have lived next to this establishment for years and I’ve only stopped by here whenever I wanted a dipped ice cream cone or a Blizzard… but I never even thought to eat the food here until my sisters suggested we have lunch there. From chicken tenders to different types of burgers to hot dogs and sides such as gravy, fries, and onion rings, it’s one notch above other fast food establishments because they actually take their time cooking the food and the quality is SO much better. Trust me! Whenever I feel indulgent, I love how there’s different varieties of treats(Blizzards, banana splits, etc.) and drinks(milkshakes, Orange Julius products, etc.) and tons of flavors to choose from. You can also order ice cream cakes for special occasions at this location. The restaurant itself is clean and tidy, and the service here is usually pretty efficient. It’s located in Ravensworth Shopping Center off Braddock Road next to a pet store and Rite Aid.

This is my local Dairy Queen. I come here to get my fix of strawberry banana blizzards. Hours are decent and service is usually pretty good. It’s nice to know that I have a bingsoo alternative.
