Duck’s Tree Service

Called them on a Monday and left a message. Got a call back about 7pm and we briefly discussed the job — trimming one tree in our yard and taming some bushes. He asked when a good time would be and I said «Now» or whatever works for you. He said tomorrow «about this time.» I said «It’s 7pm so about 7?» The guy said «No, probably about 5 – 6.» I said Okay.
Tuesday came and went — no call, no one came to look at our trees.
I called Wednesday morning and left another message stating I never heard from them on Tuesday.
And that was it. Today is Saturday and I never got a call back and no one ever showed up to look at the job. No note. No call. Nothing.
Must be nice to have so much business you can decide whose money you don’t like the color of — mine must be the wrong color.
WILL NOT be using Ducks — even if they did the job for free.
