Jet’s Pizza

I don’t know if it’s just the service to Greenbrier or what, but don’t even bother if you live outside of Springfield. By the time we got our pizza (an hour later) it was cold, dripping with grease, not cut all the way through, and missing the pizza sauce for the cheese bread (the receipt even says EXTRA PIZZA SAUCE). We called and they offered a credit on our next order. I told him the delivery guy was on his way back for the missing sauce, could he send us at least a warm order? He said sure. 45 minutes later I call back and he thought we were coming to pick it up. I reminded him the guy was supposed to come back for our sauce and was supposed to bring it to us. He once again offered to credit our pizza next time. I told him there won’t be a next time! I’m not stupid! I don’t want this kind of crappy service and pizza again! We’re now three hours into waiting (mind you we work from home and are on a major order, which is why we chose delivery. None of our orders are late)

You had better be careful if you order by phone here. The pizza was ok but they charged me over 45.00 for two pizzas. One large thin crust with 3 toppings and a large deep dish pizza with 10 pieces. We thought we had ordered enough pizza for 6. When my husband brought it home it was laughable how small the large deep dish was. We ordered what I thought was what they call the 8 corner pizza but with 20 ingredients.
I called to talk to the manager who told me that unless I asked for «coupon» pizzas they were instructed by the owner to charge full price. And those two pizzas with one Pepsi cost 45.18 cents. I told the manager to let the owner know they have lost a customer tonight along with all my friends. I didn’t have enough to feed everyone. Shame on you.
BTW. I have never had occasion to give anyone a low rating. Obviously I am extremely disappointed.
It was a ripoff.

Live I’m a small town, jetts delivers which is nice when we’re too lazy and don’t want to go get it. First time having jetts and we loved it. Deep dish is the way we went and the corners were just crispy enough! The pizza was even better the next morning. I’m one of those freaks that enioys a cold peice of pizza for breakfast at 6a.m. Will be ordering from jetts in the furture! Delivery was within 45 min. Window as suggested and delivery guy was polite and seemed happy to be getting you your pizza! Nice touch jetts, ppl who like their job.

The pizza is pretty good here, but I think their selection of toppings is lacking. I do like the deep dish crust that’s been turbo crusted. They also happen to be the only place that delivers out where I live.

Jet’s Pizza originates from Detroit. They are a longtime favorite in that city and have opened locations in other states in recent years. They have three styles of pizza — deep dish square, thin round and hand tossed round. The deep dish is their original. That is the only one I will order. The pans they use for the deep dish is special made just for Jet’s. The cheese melts along the top and side of the pizza and makes for a tasty and unique crust. I always get an order of breadsticks with my deep dish pizza.
