Like a bad neighbor… Jim Roebuck is there! Extremely poor customer service, receptionist has terrible phone etiquette, and they are generally disorganized. If you’re looking for a sub-​par insurance agent who can just sell policies this is your guy. If you like being treated like a valued customer… I’d look elsewhere.
