I’ve been associated with this art and style for over 49 years. The Hwang family, along with Master Erik Orella are providing a continuous traditional marital art that has just reached its 70th anniversary! Being around for 70 years speaks for itself. Moo Duk Kwan HQ is a facility that is clean, well kept, and provides enough room for training. If you are looking to help your kids develop their character, increase their confidence and stay fit. If you are in your senior years, like me, you will find it hard to stay away. What are you waiting for, sign up now. Outstanding instruction by outstanding instructors, quality at its best. Do it now!

As a precursor, before joining this facility, I have had no experience with martial arts or prior training. I do not like going to the gym. Several weeks ago I placed a phone call to this institution where I was invited in for a free class. I attended that class, and have since signed up. The learning environment is diverse, supportive and inclusive. The fellow students and leadership are truly interested in help you. There is no ego here. Everyone is kind and reasonable. The facility is clean and well maintained. When you sign up, you get several free one on one classes, a uniform, and unlimited practices thereafter. You truly feel like you are apart of a community. I would recommend this to anyone who would like learn more about their body, mind, and develop pragmatic real world skills in a clean and supportive environment. The students are a wide range of ages from teenagers, to senior citizens and everyone in between.

Both of my daughters have attended this school for well over 10 years. The instruction and training they have received have been wonderful– I can clearly see how it’s helped them throughout their school years. The instructors are caring, down to earth, experienced, and have a deep passion for the art. This is my third style of martial arts, and I absolutely love it… I started here many years ago myself, after sitting on the sidelines watching my two young girls take class week after week… The mirrors reflecting the energy and determination on the kids faces as they kicked their way across the polished wood floors. I couldn’t stay seated. Hwang karate is a great way to keep body AND mind stimulated.
