Service was great, as was the food. They have a good gluten free menu as well.

As close to Mom’s Lebanese cooking as it gets for me. Very, very good! Went for first time lunch today after urging of several friends. Can’t wait to go back. I’m often hesitant to try Lebanese food out at a restaurant as too many places don’t really deliver the authenticity you expect. Nadim’s is an exception. I had the Kafta and fatoush and both were perfect. Took several deserts home with me and those didn’t disappoint either. Good service and enjoyable environment.

Simply OUTSTANDING food here. I am addicted to their dishes. I have a gluten sensitivity and also vegetarian but do eat fish and its great when I can find a restaurant that is accommodating to my special diet. I recommend trying their vegetarian rice. I had their plank salmon and omg, it was so savory. Really everything I had was to die for. I will be a frequent customer there. The venue itself is also very classy. The staff are very welcoming and sweet. The other added bonus to them is that if you want to grab take out and have trouble finding parking they offer coming outside to bring you the order so you dont have to worry about double parking your car and risking to get a ticket. You really cant beat the great service they offer.

Nice surprise downtown. Excellent hummus, lentil soup and blackened salmon kabobs. Newly refurbished interior provides a modern welcoming setting.

Weird vibe in this place between the décor, menu price and the awkward new age pop music blaring in the back ground. The service was a little slow for a Thursday night considering it wasn’t very busy but she was nice. The food was ok. Chicken kebab was cooked perfectly, Although $ 18 for 5 chunks of chicken and a pile of rice… a bit pricey. My lady had the sautéd chicken. It was drowning in sauce. Literally screaming for somebody to save it from its creamy depths. I will say I had the tabouli a while back when it was café Lebanon and it was phenomenal. So between my high expectations from that and how accustomed I am to my girlfriends Lebanese family cooking, I was overall left unimpressed. Maybe next time.

I’m giving this three stars as I only tried a couple of dishes and the service was excellent, which it certainly wasn’t when it was Café Lebanon. That’s why I had not gone back in years. I happened to be serving jury duty so decided to to give Nadim’s a try for lunch. The bartender was excellent and attentive, although I was disappointed to find they serve O’Doul’s as a none alcoholic beer choice. There are better choices on the market, and a restaurant of this caliber should have a better selection. That aside, the food selections I made just didn’t cut it. The pita bread and dipping oil that come with the meal were even awful. It was the thinnest most tasteless pita I’ve ever had. I’m assuming they buy in bulk or something, but it was awful. The oil also had no flavor. I was no more impressed with what is advertised as «delicately» fried falafel. It comes as hard as a rock and weirdly fried in a way I’ve never seen it cooked. I was totally unimpressed with the overall taste, even when it came to the softer center. The meat pies are pretty good, if a little doughy, as are the hummus and tahini. To their credit, and another reason for the three stars, the bartender did ask me how I liked everything, and when I told her I didn’t care for the falafel, she took it off my check. I for sure didn’t expect that as I did make the choice. So well done on the customer service. I have to say that I will take the drive to Northampton when I have a craving for Middle Eastern food as the restaurant on Main Street, while nothing to look at, has the best I’ve ever had. I’m sure Nadim’s won’t miss me as they appear to do a serious business.

The best lamb in town!!! The worst service as well. Overall, great place if you have a specific urge for Mediterranean food, lamb in particular. Beyond that, mediocre service and general cuisine. Let’s start with the good, the lamb steak or lamb kabob with almond beef rice, amazing!!! If you are a fan of lamb, you will NOT be disappointed. The best lamb I have probably ever had was the lamb steak! That said, the service is terrible. It is like one of those family owned restaurants where everyone is rude and doesn’t smile because they are part of the family and will never get reprimanded… They just do not seem to care. Take forever at times. Forget to bring your refill, etc. If you are looking for great service or an at home feeling go somewhere else. Generally speaking, the food is creative and unique just poorly prepared and attention to detail is somewhat overlooked. The bread is usually cold and stale, the humachos were bland and uninspired, none of the appetizers we have tried have been anything to write home about. They all sounds great but tend to disappoint. Have not tried the wings yet, need to. Will try them on the next visit and update the review.

If you’re downtown Springfield Nadim’s is the place to eat. Excellent food options and its always predictably delicious. The customer service has definitely improved and I’m loving the newly renovated grab and go area. I’m here at least once or twice a week. I love this place!!!

Being someone who travels extensively for work and personally as well, I’ve been to my share of Mediterranean restaurants. Little would I expect to travel to Springfield and find one of the best. The food was phenomenal. I actually ate all of my salad before starting the lamb. Sooo good. You cannot go wrong checking this place out.

Updated review: First the bad stuff, and for many people it’s very bad. The bathrooms are located downstairs, with neither a ramp nor an elevator. If, like me, you have emphysema, COPD or any other pulmonary disease, this will impact your experience in a negativer manner. When I returned to the restaurant it took me a good while to catch my breath, and I was having difficulty throughout dinner. That being said, now for the good news: Our server, Brianna, was friendly, professional and knowledgable about the menu. Her expertise enhanced our experience. The food was as exceptional as always, and being vegan, I’m always happy for the amount of options I have here. BFF Annie got the scallops prepared with cauliflower, and said they were delicious. We shared grape leaves — half veggie, half meat — and my beloved falafel, which is always worth the trip. My pasta, minus the cheese, was definitely worth mentioning. If there were more accessible restrooms, this would be the perfect restaurant. I hope you’re listening, Nadim, because I really want to return. Thanks, as always, for the lovely dinner.

Surprising find in downtown Springfield. Was on way to burger when front aign caught our eye. Generous portions. 4 of us shared the Hummuachoos(nacho with pita and hummus), and 3 entrees: salad with chicken, kabob and kafta.

A hidden gem in Springfield, MA! When we visited the first time, it was closed. When we got there the second day, it was open, but partially under construction. We didn’t regret our visit! Waitresses there were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent! My order of the Oven Roasted Lamb Shank was amazing — huge portion and was delicious! My daughter was very jealous and couldn’t help but share some of my dish. I would love to go again…

My first of many more visits. I will have to say everything that was placed on the table was excellent. Lamb kabobs were tender. The green Swamp Water cocktail was refreshing. The flavors in the Hashwee rice was unexpected but delicious. It was topped with roasted almonds. The dessert summed up a perfect evening. Try the Ismalia. Shredded Fillo dough with ricotta cheese. Very buttery and not overly sweet.

After several ill-conceived dinners at the Champion’s in the nearby Marriott, I visited Nadim’s instead and it quickly became my go-to dinner spot when visiting Springfield. The food has been consistently delicious, they have a good selection of beer, and of course there’s Jill — best bartender around. While there are other worthwhile restaurants in the area, I keep finding myself coming back to Nadim’s. For the price I don’t think you’ll find better food or atmosphere.

Came here on a weekday lunch time. The place is nice, the food is also good. The lunch special is good price and nice portion. However, the wait for the food is a bit long, and i saw other table also complaint the same thing. The lamb kabob is a must have, the nacho from the appetizer is so good too. Dont forget to ask for the garlic butter sauce (toum)for your bread!

Great mediterranean food, upscale, yet very reasonably priced. I always stop by when I am in Springfield and will make the special trip with special friends for a good treat! Check their specials, and would never hurt to ask the chef Nadim on occasions on what he would recommend! Nadim is very creative and love to try his new dishes anytime!

If you want to endure a long grueling crucible for mediocre food at inflated prices, this is the place for you! Our crucible began immediately upon entering. We were greeted by a hostess who was very clearly pissed at us for existing in front of her. We started to say hello and she aggressively cut us off, put her hand in our face, ordered us to wait in the doorway, and stalked off leaving us amazed. We had to wait in the doorway for some time, which was odd because there were quite a few open tables. Guess the hostess wanted to punish us for walking in. After successfully completing the verbal assault and shaming portion of the crucible, we next had to endure the waiting portion. After we were finally seated, we just sat there and waited, and waited, and waited some more. I finally had to go find someone who worked there and ask if we could please have a server. While we were enjoying the punishment by waiting we had plenty of time to watch the hostess attack people as they entered. I witnessed her get into a heated argument with another poor soul who had the gall to disturb the realm of the hostess. The party apparently did not possess our morbid curiosity and took their business elsewhere. After begging for service we were graced with a server… eventually. And thus began the next section of the crucible, rude angry wait staff. I don’t know if it is required that all staff there hate customers, or if it is considered a benefit, either way I continued to be amazed at how all the staff we encountered showed obvious contempt for the customers. I actually started laughing out loud when our server was inexplicably aggressive and rude with me because the situation had become so ridiculous. Our food took a very long time, and our service continued to be awful. And finally, after having survived the long grueling crucible we were presented with food that was… mediocre and overpriced. I will never return. I am glad that I went though. It was so over the top horrible that it makes for a good story. And it was entertaining watching the hostess get into arguments and be super rude, it was kind of like watching a little show.
