Oregon Veterinary Referral

My experience with Oregon Veterinary Referral was sad but amazing. Our beloved member-​of-​the-​family dog of 10 years had a problem that had some potential to be fixed by an extremely expensive surgery, but he was also beginning to have another debilitating problem that was not treatable.
As we weighed options and discussed tough realities, we were supported by the most sincere, warm, professional, non-​burned-​out doctor and staff I could ever hope to meet. Without exception our interactions exceeded expectations. Follow-​up phone calls when promised. Full disclosure of costs. Obvious understanding of the emotional upheaval this was for us. Beautiful interactions with our dog. Patience with our efforts to improve his lot without putting him through the surgery. At no time did we get the sense that we would be supported less depending on what decisions we made.
Dr. Amie Csiszer was the veterinarian we worked with and I will never forget her kindness and support. I have heard very positive things from others that go to this hospital and have seen other veterinarians as well.
I truly hope they will be there for many years to serve other pet families as well as they did ours. Thank-​you.
