Not sure why there’s so much hate! The Papa Johns on North Grand is the best Papa Johns in Springfield! The pizza and desserts always show up fresh and as ordered. Our delivery orders have been timely; our order tonight took 20 minutes from order to delivery! I couldn’t believe they were that fast. This location is my top go-​to for pizza delivery in Springfield.

Ordered a 5 ingredient pizza, a 3 ingredient pizza and garlic knots. Everything was super hot and fresh. Arrival was within 40 minutes and the pizza looked great. Much better than last time I had it!

Not a huge fan of big chain delivery pizza but i have to say! When you are SO busy at work with no end in sight. Having a bunch of hot and easy pizza delivered is amazing.
We called. we ordered a bunch of pizza’s and they were all hot, delicious and yummy when delivered to a large staff of hungry people!

THE WORST! Asked for TRIPLE extra cheese and got even less than what a regular pizza would get and was charged for it! The employees go skimmpy on your pizza so they can save ingredients up to make a pizza for themselves for free and rip off the customers. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
