If you’d like shoddy work done on your home or property, or better yet, claims that work is done when it’s actually not, or done poorly… then this is the company for you.
In my experience, this company has been nothing but shady and dishonest to deal with, and once they realize you have a legitimate issue with them, emails and phone calls go unreturned. The seller of my recently purchased home contracted with Righway Development to do work that the bank’s appraiser required be done to repair existing water damage in the home prior to me closing on it. This contractor papered over the damage in the drywall without properly diagnosing the root cause of the water damage — or worse, ignored it completely. It’s hard to tell which is accurate. Either way, the result is the water damage has recurred, and the contractor has refused to fix it. Subsequently, Rightway Development returned to my house, cut a hole in my ceiling to diagnose what caused the recurring water damage — a gaping hole in my ceiling which has remained open for two months now — and have refused to fix the damage they caused. Even though the company has acknowledged the existence of the issue, and the fact their own negligence has left me with serious recurring water damage, they’ve thus far refused to fix the problem they caused.
To recap: Rightway Development did terrible work at my home (at best, papering over a problem they knew to exist, failing to follow the minimum reasonable standard or professional care), refused to fix it, and ignored repeated customer requests to remediate the damage they caused.
I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding doing business with Rightway Development. You will be severely disappointed and most importantly, you’ll waste your money. AVOID RIGHTWAY DEVELOPMENT AT ALL COSTS.
