I come here for things I need on a last minute… or when I go to Barnes and Noble… best part is the parking lot. I like CVS better, maybe because CVS employees are friendlier and more helpful?

Since posting this comment, I have spoken with their customer service dept. no less than 3 times, concerned about the negative experiences I have had. They are addressing the situation and promise change… I hope they’re right, for now I remain hopeful… Kudos to Jeff, the regional manager!!!

The staff at the pharmacy are very rude and they always make me feel like I am begging for money when I go to fill up a prescription there is this old lady that always seems to have a horrible day ! I gave up on them I am going to a different pharmacy ! How easy is to smile to a customer? If you think about it… you are in a position that your customer services skills must be very developed !!! I don’t think I would like to know that the people that works for me are giving an attitude to my customers no way !!!

Pros– usually has what you need
Cons– very slow pharmacy
–long lines to check out. for some reason they never have more than one register open.
–employees will purposely avoid you so they don’t have to deal with you, not like I can understand half their accents anyway.
Go somewhere else instead. You end up leaving this store more sick and aggravated than when you walked in.
