If I could rate this place NO stars; I would.
This company was absolutely RIDICULOUS when it came to our order of EIGHT t-​shirts. No, not EIGHT HUNDRED or even EIGHTY, but EIGHT simple tshirts.
We called to place the order for our t-​shirts on the 24^th of October. We needed these tshirts by November 4^th, AT THE LATEST, which we had reiterated SEVERAL times. For eight tshirts, that is MORE than plenty of advance notice to make tshirts.
Things were okay when we initially placed our order. She had stated it would be done exactly how we needed it, BEFORE the date we even needed it by. However, when we had called to follow up to ensure everything was done properly throughout the time leading up to the date we needed it by, there were issues. We had sent mock ups of EXACTLY everything we needed on the shirts. These shirts were originally supposed to be done by Wednesday, Nov 2^nd, per the owner of the company we had spoken with. On Wednesday, we called and she said they weren’t done yet and to follow up on Thursday. On Thursday, we called, and she was completely unprofessional on the phone, joking around about who was on the phone, which is completely UNNECESSARY. «Let’s hope and pray that the shirts get here on time, and you do the same.» is what she had stated after joking around about who was on the phone. Are you kidding me? We SPECIFIED EXACTLY WHEN THE SHIRTS WERE NEEDED and were reassured they’d be done BEFORE then. Hope and pray? This was in the morning on Thursday. Thursday afternoon, we called to see what the status was and of course, she was out of the store and no one knew where she was. Great.
Come, Friday which is, TODAY, we called to follow up, AGAIN, and someone picked up and stated she wasn’t there but to keep calling from the time I originally called, which was in the morning up until 5PM when the business closed. WTF? Why the hell do we need to waste our time with this? REGARDLESS: several people from our group called because we needed the shirts TODAY but of course, no one picked up when we called. Someone from our group went out of his way to the store this evening to wait for an hour and a half to be given the run around while they rushed through our tshirt order that SHOULD HAVE been done 2 days ago. Of course while the shirts were being done, the woman spoke to our friend and actually asked our friend, «Why were the girls who called earlier such assholes?» ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? If you’re a fucking business, HAVE A FUCKING ANSWERING MACHINE IF YOU WANNA DUCK OUR PHONE CALLS WHEN YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY IS BS-​ING AROUND WITH OUR ORDER. «What, I don’t remember taking an order for your tshirts!» Yeah, real funny joke. Apparently, she wasn’t joking because, not only were we dicked around with, but our shirts were done COMPLETELY WRONG. The names and the logo were emailed SPECIFICALLY how we needed it to be done and the logo was incorrect AND a few names were wrong. The images were crooked, the names were crooked and we are ALL completely unhappy with the customer service from this store. Not only was THAT stuff wrong but the COLORS were as well for a logo. There was a logo on the sleeve that we had asked for which was completely ignored. Of course.
NONE of us would EVER recommend for ANYONE to have to deal with an establishment such as this.

I took three burp cloths in to get monogrammed. The store is not clean or professional. It looks like something out of Hoarders. I was finally helped after waiting and told to fill out a form. I had no fonts to choose, no threads to choose, and all they did was put a pin where I wanted the name. I was told to come back in a week to pick them up. I called to check on them and was told they’d call me back. They didn’t, so I went in, and the burp cloths were sitting in an unmarked plastic bag NOT DONE. These were not big names. Five letters each name. I was surprised, but they promised they’d be done the next day. I couldn’t come in until the following Friday and THEY STILL WEREN’T DONE. 15 letters could not be done in 18 days. It was probably a blessing since I had no idea what I would’ve ended up with as far as size, font, and thread color. So unprofessional. Not dependable. Don’t go there!
