The absolute WORST Subway I have ever been to. The staff is beyond rude. Went last night and they put ketchup instead of salt/​pepper on my 11 year old’s veggie sandwich. I heard her ask for salt/​pepper, my husband heard her ask for it, but when I tried to tell them about it they insisted that she asked for ketchup… they even told her to her face that she was wrong and had asked for ketchup. When the woman had to correct the mistake, she was slamming stuff down and rocketed the sandwich into the trash can like an NBA star. No one apologized, even had a woman from the back to come and tell my daughter that she was wrong. I mean, seriously?!

This location has gone downhill fast. First of all how can a Subway always be out of bread?! More than two occasions has this place run out of bread. Today was the last straw for me and my family! Not only was there no white bread but they were out of Italian herb and cheese as well. We will not go back to this location ever again! Looks like its Quiznos from here on out.

My go-​to Subway in the Burke/​Springfield area. The subs are done quickly and made correctly, the staff are polite (please don’t take the 2012 review of this location seriously with regards to a rude staff, I’ve been here enough to say the staff are anything but rude), and everything is clean.
If you’re looking for a good Subway location in the area, come here!

The staff is rude, cannot multi-​task building orders, and they have a hard time understanding English which is never going to end well when all orders are custom made sandwiches as dictated by the customer. I’m very patient, but when someone says mustard and you add mayo, need to return to sandwich school 101.
