Subway

The staff running the register at this particular Subway will tell you chips and drink is extra, even when the sign advertising the $ 6 meal specifically states that it includes chips and drink. She ignored the sign even when I pointed it out. After speaking to eachother in another language only then did she state $ 6 plus tax $ 6.36. she was hoping to make additional profit. I am sure that scam had to work before as she didn’t even turn to look at the sign when I corrected her. Warn your kids and neighbors.

This is suppose to be fast food. More like slow food. There were only two people making the sandwiches and they were moving very slow. One guy was ordering two sandwiches and she must have spent at least 20 minutes with him and then called the 2^nd guy when the line got three people. They were playing slow Rock music so maybe they were moving slow from that. Put on some fast music so the line can move or they are just slow anyway. Food was okay. But I’ll go to a faster Subway if I want Subway next time.

I went here because it was near Hardtimes and I didn’t want there food so I decided to try it. I ordered the round pizza. It’s was the worst! It was burned and soggy and it just wasn’t good at all! I’ve ordered from other subways and there always good but this place was just awful. It took like 10 mins for some to attend me also. Never will go here again! I do not recommend it!

Quick, Fast and Good! Sandwhich, chips and soup!

This owner/​manager of this subway engages in dishonest practices. For several years he had the registers rigged to charge a compounded tax rate. I took a two year hiatus from there only to return see that they still were fraudulently charging customers extra tax. I notified the woman at the register who was extremely hostile. I called corporate and it appears that they ceased the practice. Even though this location is next to my home I make the drive to go to another location. I again started to go to this location recently and while the rest of the subways have a 2 for $ 5 pizza special, I learned after checkout that this one added another 75 cents to the promotion. At first you don’t notice the extra 75 cents until you look closely at the barely noticeable taped on sticker that says «75.» Subway as a company needs to make sure that their franchisees adhere to stricter standards.

This location is ok to Subway. There sub are avarage and pass. They don’t open on time. And location only good for the people around this location. I had to stay near by to get my new aparment ready. I wood not come back here again. Limited parking. Very small store. Only cheap hotel near by.

How do you run out of bread and your subway?! –_​_​_​_​_​– we weren’t even told when more bread would be made. Very disappointing.

Clean, friendly, fresh, tasty and fast! You won’t catch me reviewing sub places very often, but considering there are about six Subways in the Springfield area, I vote this one the best! The title of this review does not begin to express why this one stands out, only adding convenience and parking will make it better. The guy who runs the place, and his staff are always pleasant and helpful. This is the Subway to visit within a five mile radius!
