As a former resident, the issues are too extensive to delve into. let me just say AVOIDATALLCOSTS! ABORT! ABORT! Unless you are into greedy management, idiot neighbors and paper-thin floors, that is.

Location: 4⁄5. The only thing really great about this place is the location. You have groceries, places to eat, and metro stops all in walking distance. Service: 2⁄5. This place is known for being rude. As reported in google reviews, I had a similar experience where(when asking for the spare key after locking myself out), the person in charge openly cursed, yelled, and panted. This is not a place to go for a friendly, helpful staff. Residents: 3⁄5 Quiet and pleasant. You will get the occasional yelling or dogs barking but its seldom and far between. There isn’t much of a community here but I prefer small groups so that’s fine. Pool/Tennis courts; 2⁄5. The courts are badly maintained with cracks and pot holes. The pool is average in size and features. However, it is clean and better maintained than the courts. Interior: 3⁄5 Nothing special here. Just standard rooms and living room. They clean after each tenant so you should not have to worry about it being dirty or sanitized. However, the kitchen is outdated. The refrigerator, stove, and oven looks more than a decade old. The cabinets are faded.

This is a great place to live! I have lived in the DC area for 11 years and this is the best living arrangement. The community is safe, quiet, and well maintained. My apartment is beautiful and the rent is very competitive. My husband and I are thrilled to live here.

Stay away from this place if at all possible. The leasing office is a complete joke unwilling to assist with anything other than taking your money. The apartments have not been maintained, turnaround time is horrible and not to mention the thugs who walk around at night looking for trouble. DONOTMOVEHERE
