In for a routine oil change. First time customer and so far Cliff’s is exceeding my expectations.

Had the alignment done on my lincoln. The car still pulled to the right. Took it somewhere else and they fixed it. Cliffs said it was fixed and would not refund my money. Never return!!!

I’ve been taking my truck there for almost 3 years, but for the last 6 mos the level of service and the care of the work being done has been really lacking. I had 2 repairs done that I had to go back and get redone because it wasn’t performed properly the first time. Today, I was going back to have something redone that they had fixed 2 weeks ago, but now wasn’t working right. I called first, spoke to someone, and they said if I brought it in within the hour, they would get me in right away. 20 minutes later, I was there, but now«suddenly» 10 people were in line ahead of me. I explained what I was there for and showed them pictures I had taken of the issue, and the guy at the counter started giving me attitude. He took my keys & said they would have my truck up next. An hour later, I went up to the counter to ask when they were going to get to me. I was told, «you’re up next». So I asked how long that was going to be. The guy said it could be another hour before they got to me, they were busy. I explained that I had called first & was told I could be helped right away. He said,“yeah, you called at 8:45& you got here at 9:20.” I said, «yes that was within the hour» & he continued,” well a whole bunch of people got here ahead of you.” So I asked to see his manager. He flatly said, «what can I help you with.» I asked again to speak to the manager, and he just gave me the look that said I wasn’t going to speak to anyone else. So I asked for my keys & gasket back. He got them, handed them back to me, and I said, «don’t worry, I’ll never bother you with my truck again.» I left, went to an NTB to get the part fixed, they fixed it(turns out it the part wasn’t installed correctly to begin with.) and they caught some other things that Cliff’s should have caught if they were doing work correctly in the first place, for instance, the part they installed for me they did on a hose that had a crack in it… Horrible attitude, bad service, amazingly poor attention to detail, and once again, a shop that treats female customers poorly. Don’t go here if you want your vehicle fixed right the first time.

Cliff’s Goodyear has definitely proven itself to me. They say they guarantee you will be satisfied, and I was very satisfied in what work they have done for me. They informed me about other stuff that I needed on my Chrysler, but I opted out on having those repairs made because I already had the car sold, was just having timing belt and water pump replaced and a couple of other things that I agreed to with the buyer. Thank you Cliff’s.
