Purchased a Tempur-Pedic at this store and a few months later wanted to trade it in. Just was too soft for us. We had no trouble exchanging it. We weren’t too sure about our new purchase either after sleeping on it for a week, it was still really firm. When we went back to see if we could make another exchange the assistant manager was above and beyond helpful. They were willing to let us make another exchange for a new bed even though our 100 days had expired. Would highly recommend this store under current management. I was surprised at how great the customer service was for us.

Purchased a King Size mattress in December 2011. The mattress has since sagged where I and my wife sleep. We contacted the company… a Rep came out and they measured the depth of the sag and although it sagged by; 1 ¼″ it was not within the 1 ½″ requirement… mind you it was only ¼″ within their warranty guidelines… certainly within the margin of measurement error… On May 31, 2013 wrote to the CEO of Mattress Firm, Mr. R. Stephen Stagner… I NEVER received a response… was seeking a credit to purchase another mattress and was willing to even upgrade to even a more expensive mattress… mind you we paid $ 1,500(on sale) for this mattress… DON’T DO business with this company as their warranty and integrity is worthless. PS Our neighbor down the street also had a similar problem… they too were denied a claim… they purchased another mattress from a different company
