Great location. On occasion, the owner will give me a free day-old donut along with my coffee. To be noted, I’m a dumpster diver so this, as you could say, cuts out the middle man. Standing only at a ripe 5 feet 2 inches, I use to have to bring a stepping stool to get inside the dumpster. Plus, I don’t have to change into my dumpster jumpsuit. This not only saves me precious time, but space in my car. And considering the traumatic event I once had with a raccoon and myself fighting for the same pastry(different location,) my PTSD no longer flairs at the sight of cream filling. Highly recommended.

You pretty much stand in line and think why this place is in business. Think about it. They don’t do anything well. Donuts? Meh. Coffee? Meh again. Customer service? Haha. I stood in line behind a family of 4 and waited over 10 minutes. Finally the girl(there’s 2 of them working) behind the counter comes up to the register and asks what she can get them. As she gets their order together, she’s got ZERO energy. I get it… you work at a donut shop. But love what you do or go somewhere else. Another 5 minutes pass. Yeah, 15 minutes. No more of that, I’m back in my car across the street to Starbucks and typing up this review.

Highly disappointed as I was excited to have Dunkin again as it has been about nine months since I have had Dunkin(moved to a place with no Dunkins). The quality of food was not as good as other locations that I have been to back home in NY. Ordered a sweetened blueberry iced tea, received a bland tea, lightly and I mean lightly sweetened with three ice cubes. Donut was on the dry side and sits in the stomach heavy(strawberry shortcake croissant donut). Boyfriend got a sourcream glazed donut, he thinks it’s ok, I found it very unfavorable. The wake-up wrap was good and the burrito as ok. There was also miscommunication between staff as I heard orders being made twice and staff stating they already made it causing a backup. The place wasn’t even busy.

My husband went here after work on Feb 24th around 12:00 am to get donuts to surprise our son for his birthday. He told the Manager what he wanted, she asked if he wanted anything else and he said, 2 donuts with peanuts on top. She said NO!(VERYABRUPTLY) What else? He said, what? You don’t have them, her reply was again NO. Terrible customer service and this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor service. A simple, I’m sorry Sir, we don’t have any right now, would have sufficed. Not sure we’ll be back. Ever.

I generally only go here in the morning for breakfast, but every time I’ve gone they have been very good about getting cars through the drive through quickly. I am a big fan of their coffee and their breakfast sandwiches are very good too. I would not say its the best tasting breakfast food out there, but it is still very good and in a hurry its just about as good as it gets. I have never had any issues with wrong orders. The staff has always been friendly and with a smile. The location is somewhat hard to get into at the moment due to construction and the limited space for the drive-thru at this location, but once the construction is done it will be much easier to get in and out of the area.

I have to share the amazing experience that I just had at this Duncan Donuts. I’m very pregnant and all I wanted outbid life was a chocolate long john. They didn’t have any. I asked for sprinkles. They didn’t have any. I got a glazed donut and a chocolate iced donut. Got my donuts pulled up. They were hard as rocks. Went back around to the drive through and asked what they had that was fresh. A girl named Onaysis kind of hesitated and said«hold on a minute let me see if I can just make you some donuts» she comes back to the window with 2 made to order just for pregnant me and baby FRESH as could be donuts! One chocolate iced and one with sprinkles!!! They couldn’t have been more fresh if I had eaten the dough! Amazing customer service!!! She made my entire pregnancy!!! What a great experience. Thank you Onaysis! They were AMAZING!!! Seriously the best customer service I have ever had at any establishment.

My order was simple: 1 large vanilla FLAVORED ice coffee with cream 1 small vanilla FLAVORED coffee with cream 1 ham egg & cheese English muffin with hash browns 25 munchkins What I got: 1 large vanilla flavored and SWEETENED ice coffee with cream 1 small vanilla flavored SWEETENED coffee with no cream 1 bacon, egg & cheese BAGELWITHNOHASHBROWNS. 25 munchkins(have not counted but probably not right) So, entire order wrong, could not understand the people when they were yelling out– no markings on cups as usual Dunkin employees do– Just drive to the next location if you really need Dunkin. I wish I would have.

When our order was called out we couldn’t understand the person yelling. That had little to do with her heavy accent but very much to do with how fast and mumbled it was. Then when I didn’t understand her she gave me a dirty look. Thanks. I ordered a Ham, egg and cheese sandwich. I received said sandwich minus the cheese! You got 33% of that incredibly difficult sandwich recipe wrong! How?! Also not sure if they normally toast the English muffin or if they forgot that too… but they are crazy if they think people want an un-toasted English muffin on there sandwich. Their hash browns were also gross and soggy and I ended up throwing them out. The only reason this isn’t a one star is because our drinks were made very well. And the woman that took our order was very polite.

When did Dunkin Donuts become so mediocre? The donuts here are not amazing by any means, not sure if they are fresh. I get a craving and they are close so I sometimes come to this location. Fast service in the drive thru. Never had a problem in that respect. I just think the donuts they have are boring and dried out. Really they have no flavor at all. The menu on the drive thru board does not show the donut flavors at all! Really? So you really don’t know what flavors they have because there’s no sign of them on the menu board.

After moving back from the East coast, I was very excited there was a DD closeby. I work a lot of overnight shifts so I like to grab some coffee before heading to work. I’ve been at this location for over 3 times and each time I hope they change their night staff. First of all, the two people that were working, do not understand what I want majority of the time… and on top of that, they are extremely rude when I’m trying to accommodate to what they knew how to make. I say Thank you every time still and I never once got a your welcome or a thank you back. I gave up… I just get black coffee now. They are sooooo lucky they are the only DD in town. In contrast, I went to this DD in the daytime… the staff and the drink I ordered was actually great. They do not carry«peach» flavor for some reason even when they have it in their menu. Advice: Avoid going at night… if you do end up going… just make sure you are able to carry a lot patience.

Had an excellent experience. Stopped by to grab a few items and ended up leaving with way too much. I love their double chocolate donuts, they were extremely fresh soft and delicious. My mouth is watering just by writing this review lol The service was extremely quick and friendly and the prices are very cheap. I’m not a coffee drinker but their mild coffee is excellent and I really enjoyed it. I ate my donut way too quickly to post any pictures sorry! But it sure was delicious.

Not really 24 hrs. Twice now at late night drive thru we were ignored and not served even tho two workers were inside and all lights were on including 24 hr drive thru. Very limited selection anytime other than 8 to 10am. Afternoon items are stale. I’m done trying this place.

Some background: I LOVE Dunkin Donuts. I lived back East for a decade and DD was a staple for my donut-loving, decaf drinking self. I was a member of the«Bring Dunkin Donuts to Saint Louis» online forum and was THRILLED when I found out that they were going to open a location on South Fifth Street in Saint Charles, which is closer to my home. Before the DD construction was complete, I would make my daily Starbucks stop and stare longingly at the future Dunkin Donut location, counting down the days until I could enjoy the carb-yummy-goodness called Dunkin. As you can imagine, the day they opened I was there. This marks the end of my positive review. For starters, the locations is deplorable. If you’re familiar with the corner(Boones Lick and South Fifth), it was a traffic accident waiting to happen prior to the addition of the DD because you have a Starbucks and a McDonalds across the street from one another and no designated turning lane for either. The engineers who designed DD seemed to not take this into account and at peak times you hold your breath while trying to get in to the DD lot hoping that you have good insurance. Eventually, a sign was placed in the parking lot, but it is completely irrelevant to the traffic pattern. Next, I have been there six times and not one time have they gotten my order correct. I used the drive through three times and went inside the remaining times. Usually, I wouldn’t give so many chances(I cap at two… maybe three chances), but as I mentioned earlier I really like DD. The first time visit: I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a medium cream and sugar coffee, two sugar-raised donuts and a small black decaf. Since there was such a huge line for coffee, we didn’t check our order, but instead drove straight to Main Street so we could delight in our DD while sitting on a bench to people watch. Two minutes later, I was drinking cold decaf coffee and staring at one cake donut with all the trimmings. The other order was wrong too; it was the wrong type of sandwich and the medium coffee was luke warm at best. I was so disappointed I actually called to air my feelings; something I almost never do. They immediately offered to make it right. Since I couldn’t get back there right away, they offered to give me a free half-dozen donuts. When I arrived later that day, I stood in line for my free donuts. The two people ahead of me were also getting free donuts for mistakes and the person behind me was doing the same. When it was my turn in line, they asked me what happened, apologized, and gave me a full dozen donuts. I didn’t really want 12 donuts, but I thought it was a nice touch. I decided to give them a second chance. After all, it was their first day open. The second visit: I waited a week and tried the drive through again. This time we each ordered a coffee(one regular; one decaf) and a donut each. I had to repeat our order FOUR times before they got our order. Having learned my lesson, I checked inside the bag before driving off and alas, they got our order wrong(two donuts this time, but the wrong kind). I took a sip of my coffee and though it was hot, it tasted like regular coffee and the cup wasn’t marked, so I asked them at the window. Three employees later I was told it absolutely was decaf. As I discovered later, it was not. I am sensitive to caffeine and was feeling sick the rest of the day. I couldn’t sleep. I was absolutely miserable. I didn’t call this time, but I wasn’t ready to give up. The third visit: A few days later, I decided to park and dine-in. Maybe the issue was with the drive-through? I order a small decaf and two sugar-raised donuts. They got my donut order correct(I had to redirect them from giving me the wrong kind… c’mon guys!) and I watched them pour coffee from the dark rimmed coffee pot(usually denoting regular coffee). I asked them is it was decaf, and they told me that it was. A person,(perhaps a manager?), came over and asked her employee what was going on. The employee explained(both acted as if I wasn’t there) and after some discussion, they poured me a new cup of coffee(this time from an orange-rimmed pot) and handed it to me. There was no acknowledgment of the mistake, no nothing apology, nothing. I sat down after this surreal experience to enjoy my coffee and donuts only to discover that my coffee was COLD. I was so disgusted, I ate my donuts and left, throwing my full cup of ice-cold coffee in the trash on the way out the door. The subsequent three visits: I swear I’m not a glutton for punishment, but I tried this location three more times. My experience never got better. I’ve spoken with others who’ve gone there and sadly, they’ve had similar encounters. I really wanted to make this my go-to breakfast stop, but I refuse to waste any more time and money on poor service and product.

Still good service but they seriously need to do something about the iced coffees. Every time I order one now, they pour the sugar in last and barely stir it, so I am sipping my drink and ever so often I CRUNCH down on bits of sugar and it’s kinda gross. Why not stir in the sugar with the hot coffee or have a batch that they brew together(sugar + coffee?) I think the issue is that the sugar is not dissolving in the cold coffee, leaving behind a nonhomogenous mixture of solid and liquid… Just sayin’. I got a coupon book in the mail and I am excited to try their seasonal pumpkin stuff. Mmm.
