I can’t believe the glowing reviews for this place. I went for a second time and it was as bad as the first. Too much gooey cheese on top of a hard, burnt crust. I brought the pizza home and you couldn’t tell that the pizza was cut because the cheese all melted together in a sloppy mess. The crust is very hard, but that could have been because it was burnt. This was my last visit. I’ll try the new place that pops up in this location in the next few months!

The latest pizza incarnation to occupy this location makes a good pie.

I really love what the owners did to this space. This place has had several pizza «joints» occupying it, but none of them did it right until now. The food is delicious. The calzone’s are the absolute best. The dining environment is warm, unique and surprisingly spacious. This would be a great spot to host a birthday party or family get together. Keep up the good work! :)

Fio’s is close by so I ordered a take out thin crust with sausage. It was good. The thin crust makes it seem like some of the coal fired pizzas that are popping up in the Tampa area in Florida. To me, its not New York style nor is it, obviously Chicago style. But, it is nevertheless, good. There was a better than expected amount of sausage on the pizza and it was the right flavor as well. I will go back now that I’ve been there and try out some of their other menu items.

The pizza is good but not great. It’s on par with all of the other pizza joints around here. I’m more of a NY pizza person. Their crust is thin and tends to be on the well-​done side which I actually prefer. I have also had the roast pork sandwich which was also tasty.
When we dined in one evening, we sat on the patio and the service was remarkable! We ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer and the portion was so large that I swear they must have given us 2 – 3 orders worth of curds. Later, what I assume was one of the owners came around and offered free shots of some sort of liqueur. It wasn’t great but hey, it was free!
The staff that we interacted with made you feel that they truly appreciated your patronage. Their genuine reverence for their customers left a lasting impression on me. My only regret is that I waited about 7 months to post this review.
I give them 4 stars on the food and 6 stars on the service!

Joshua E. (maybe the owner?) sent me a message stating I was wrong to order take out and the Living Social deal was only for dine in (I checked and he was right). Though, that’s not really why I gave it a low rating, it’s just because it’s not my favorite pizza place by far. However, to clear things up about the restaurant, I have included his message so the rest of you can benefit:
«Fios does have a dining room with 10 tables and a full bar inside. The girls looked at you kind of funny and seemed confused because your coupon clearly states you would have to dine in to use your Living Social coupon. They were nice enough to honor it.»

Had the vodka pasta and it was nothing but fabulous.

Not only is their pizza delicious, the staff makes you feel like your family! The cozy atmosphere makes it very romantic, but also offers a family environment. I have enjoyed their pizza on date nights and have also taken my niece (if you are dining with children, order the kids pepperoni pizza, so much pizza and such big pepperoni!) I hope this isn’t my little secret for long!

I’m a Chicago native and frozen pizza tastes better than this. The crust and sauce are flavorless. Order from someplace else.

This place is awesome! The pizza is really good, the other dishes are good too, but where they got us was the service! The owner is amazing! Fantastic guy! More importantly, we have been there twice and our waitress (Sara) was by far the best waitress we have ever had. She is fantastic! These people really understand the meaning of great service! I wish them 100 years of success!

Went in one day to get slices and they told us we don’t have slices right now. So they gave us a pizza. The entire pizza was burnt and tasted like cardboard. Not a good first impression:(

This is a new favorite! We went to Fio’s after a bike ride on the Great Western Trail and wanted a light meal. We ordered small pasta dishes — I had spaghetti with marinara meat balls and my husband ordered spaghetti with marinar and sausage. They were both excellent! They were cooked al dente, were not drowned in too much sauce as many places do and they were sprinked with fresh basil. We were also served complimentary chips which are thin, light and sprinkled with herbs. The hospitality is fantastic! We can’t wait to go back to try their pizza.
By the way, don’t be afraid to try their fried dough dessert. The name does not do it justice! It is like little warm, crispy cinamon rolls with chocolate drizzled on top served with ice cream. A very unexpectedly yummy treat! So much for the light meal! :)

Great food. Well done for newly opened and certainly better than their predecessors and any of the local «Italian» places. Patio is great, fun and relaxing. My favs are their specialty pizzas, fresh salads and their «Italian» sub. I can tell it is made with fresh, authentic Italian meats and cheeses. Great place to stop by when biking on the Great Western bike trail. Way to go Fio’s!
