Metro The Spa

Me and my husband have been going to Metro The Spa for almost a year now and love it. The massage therapists are great. The place is very clean and relaxing, and everyone is always so friendly and nice.

I called metro spa a few days ahead of time to book my appointment for a massage and manicure for my birthday. I am a first time customer at this spa. The desk girl was friendly talking to me over the phone, but let me know that they could only get me in for a massage at the time I requested, but no manicure. Ok, no big deal I thought. I’ll just pop into another salon for my nails, and still get the massage because I really wanted to try this salon. Two days after my confirmed appointment I was given a phone call asking me if I could change my appointment time so that they could fit in another couple for a massage. The new time slot wasn’t as convenient for me at all. Being my birthday I have other plans for the day. I agreed to the new time without speaking up at how upset I was over the lack of professionalism and feeling that my massage wasn’t important to them. I have been trying to call them back all day to cancel my massage for my birthday but the phone remains unanswered. I have since called Salon de Christie and they were very apologetic and fit me in for the time slot I originally wanted, for both the massage and manicure. I will take my money there because they were so willing to work with me on the time I wanted on short notice and didn’t mention trying to fit in other clients’. Unfortunately I will have to be a no-​show at Metro because I cannot reach them to let them know I am unhappy about my time being changed. I really wanted to try this salon:(

One of the best massages I ever had! Got hundreds of massages in my life and Melody, the lady that did my Chakra massage was amazing. Definetly going to come back.
