Great location with knowledgable staff. So many services offered including yoga, reiki, chiropractics, massage, facials, waxing, acupuncture, body scrubs, nails, ear candling, infrared sauna and steam shower available and more! Love it here!

I have been coming to Tranquility for about two years. I initially stopped into their location to learn about their yoga classes (yoga with Donna is the BEST!!! Her classes fill up quickly but I would recommend them to anyone. Just wonderful.) and have since received massages and waxing services. My massage with Marissa was one of the best I have EVER received and Rachel did a great job with my waxing. The staff is friendly and professional and I always feel relaxed at Tranquility. I have also used their infrared sauna which is great– and afterwards you use the steam shower and they provide their line of products for you to use. I have visited this location so many times for classes and services and I cannot think of a single negative thing to say.

Incredible customer service. My wife and I both go on a regular basis and everyone that works there truly cares about the customers. They go out of their way to help us and work to our schedules. Massage therapists are great. My wife loves the yoga and all the health and wellness advice that the employees provide. We will be lifelong customers if things stay like this.

i’ve been going to tranquility for years and have to say lucy gives absolutely the best facial in the world. my skin glows and feels incredibly healthy when i leave. i’ve recommended lucy to several friends who have also started going to tranquility. it’s better than the most expensive chicago spa and right in our tri-​city area. i love lucy1

I have had this place on my list to try out and finally did this week. I got the Spring pedicure, which included parafin treatment. It was a very relaxing and excellent experience, well worth the price. They don’t rush you, are very detail oriented and the whole envrionment is so calming and relaxing. I want to try other services and continue to go ther for my pedicures. As another person pointed out, they only take cash for tips. They really should tell people that up front! (hence the 4 stars) and have a big sign when you check in. I usually do carry cash, however, on this day I didn’t have much, but enough to leave a tip thankfully.

I have been a client here for a very long time.
I recently began getting my nails done here with Jody. I decided to try it even though they are more expensive because they are a little closer to home.
I had a wonderful pedicure from Jody who is a fantastic nail tech. She is very experienced and has wonderful personality. She took her time and really knows how to pamper and make one feel special. With the many choices in the area its nice to know there is a qualified nail tech since so many are not as knowledgable. I have been having my nails done regularly for over 20 years so I know when someone is a skilled tech. Anyone who has their nails done frequently can tell the difference.
My hesitations are they do not use OPI nail polish so I brought my own. They also charge a bit more than most salons which is why only 4 stars. I would give them another ½ star but, it’s not possible on here. I would have my nails done more often here too if they charged a little less since I usually have weekly manicures and the gal in Geneva charges $ 5-​$ 10 less per service for the same exact service and does not charge extra for removal of a no chip.
I also wished they would allowed you to tip on your card instead of having to bring cash which I often do not carry and find inconvenient or sometimes forget and feel really embarrassed.

Great little spa. I had a facial with Edwina and it was great. She was pleasant and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing. I would give this 5 stars if it had offered a quiet room, hot tub, steam and sauna. They do offer sauna and steam showers, but you have to pay extra.
